The Grandfather stills the All Father
What do you like best about the product?
I like how complete this tool is. Is the standard CRM for corporate and big enterprises? Its plethora of options to customize and connect sales cycles is definitely like no other CRM tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like its complexity. Set up the program to be functional and connected requires a learning curve and an understanding of internal salesforce programming knowledge to make things work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is the standard of CRM, and it has helped me to be productive and stay on track with my clients

The Salesforce Lightning version is much more userfriendly and easy to use than the classic version.

What do you dislike about the product?
The experience is sometimes glitchy, especially while generating a Quote. The system is smooth, but there is much room for refinement to improve the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The critical problem is that there needs to be a training session for every new hire to use salesforce, in recent times where there are new resources very frequently.

Super easy setup to integrate Census with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Difficult to keep logs of historical syncs.

Ease of scheduling and sending data into Salesforce objects.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has a lot of great tools for managing customer relationships. It's easy to keep track of information when everything is in one place. I like how customizable the interface is. The reporting features are also self-service and straightforward to use. Salesforce will be highly beneficial to any company managing large amounts of data. We could not perform our duties without such a powerful CRM. It is also advantageous to be able to coordinate outreach efforts. After initial configuration, this tool is highly user-friendly and allows for the simple distribution of customer data. Generating customizable reports is beneficial. My previous tests of customer relationship management systems pale compared to how simple this one is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only think of one major drawback to this product: the high cost of a license to use Salesforce CRM. However, this CRM has more industry experience than its competitors, making it a prudent investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With all client data in one place, we can better manage incoming information requests and respond quickly. We can make better business decisions by organizing our data in Salesforce. It simplifies the process of uploading data to the cloud and creating reports.
Good for sales-related tasks, but needs technical improvements.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce provides a comprehensive Sales Cloud solution to meet your sales-related needs. The standard objects are well-defined and can be used to store data right away. The software can immediately begin using a predefined relationship to link objects together without any additional configuration from the user. The flow's drag-and-drop capabilities make customization and automation a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is impossible to turn off fields in the standard object, entering fake data like "—- ---" is sometimes required to save a particular record. In a relationship, the standard object cannot be kept on the specific side of a custom object.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire lead management process, including assigning ownership, tracking down the source, and taking any necessary next steps, can be completed concisely. Auto-assignment or auto-response features are advantageous because they save time and effort. Emails from inboxes can be captured and added to the appropriate Salesforce record.

It's a CRM that has all the essential things and can be modified as per requirement, and the reports give exhaustive details and can frame as per need.

Lightening is a bit complicated compared to the classic view

It solves a hell lot of problems of upkeeping data and maintaining them, integration with various mediums, analytics through reports and dashboards etc.
I have used Sales Cloud and I found it very useful and interactive platform to work
What do you like best about the product?
In the Sales cloud, we have Contact Management, Account Management, Lead Management, Campaign Management and Reports and Dashboards; I like Reports and Dashboards the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
For complex scenarios, we have to write the code. That's the only disadvantage I found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used campaign management, which helped me organize project programs. Lead management also helped me establish contact with the person who is a potential product buyer.

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to create dashboards, and reports to get insights into how your business is performing
- Competition just as Hubspot is nowhere near to the ease of using this solution for our CRM goals.

- Sometimes takes too much time to load details/fetch records
- UI/UX experience can be better
- Too many integrations could result into security breaches, hoping they are taking API security seriously.

Powerful CRM though not easy to implement
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is probably the most robust CRM we have worked with, very customizable data model and lots of automation options. Also great integration with other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not an easy CRM to learn and requires a fair amount of user training and enablement to fully leverage. Also implementation requires working with a consultant for any data migration and initial setup. Quality of support is probably the biggest downside, it is rare to get a helpful response from the first tier support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to keep track of our customer interactions and sales, including forecasting , planning and reporting. Built-in integrations are used to automatically record emails and events on contact and account records.
It is a robust tool to monitor and manage your sales pipeline.

Keep all pertinent information at your fingertips, easy to read and update.

Depending on how your company sets it up, it can be tedious and a burden to add information to as well as keep updated.
