What do you like best about the product?
I like that Salesforce Sales Cloud brings everything related to sales into one place. It helps teams manage leads, opportunities, accounts, and forecasts efficiently — all in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can be quite complex and difficult to navigate for new users. Some settings and customizations require technical knowledge, and reporting or dashboard setup can take time. It’s powerful but sometimes feels overwhelming or too rigid without proper admin support.

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps solve problems around data visibility, process efficiency, and collaboration. It centralizes all customer and sales information, so teams can track leads, opportunities, and pipeline progress in one system instead of using scattered spreadsheets or emails.
Easy to Use, Insightful CRM with Nice UI
What do you like best about the product?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud easy to use, which made the setup process manageable without difficulty. The workflow validation features contributed to a straightforward setup. I also appreciate the 360-degree customer view it provides, making customer data accessible in one place. The lead conversion, opportunity pipeline, and forecasting features have increased my conversion rates and reduced duplicates. Additionally, I enjoy the user-friendly UI/UX of the platform.

I would prefer a cheaper license for Salesforce Sales Cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for facilitating good team communication, which enhances collaboration. The history tracking feature is incredibly useful for managing different accounts effectively. Additionally, integrating Rootstock software on the platform is a helpful aspect of the service.

I find some of the permissions difficult to navigate, which complicates our workflow. Additionally, the pricing could be more competitive, as a lower price point would make it easier to recommend Salesforce to others. Improvements in these areas, alongside easier setup for new pages, would enhance the overall experience.

Efficient Lead Management with Salesforce Sales Cloud, but Pricey and Some Reporting Limits
What do you like best about the product?
I like Salesforce Sales Cloud because it makes tracking leads and managing sales easy. It’s customizable, organized, and keeps everything connected in one place for better efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be pretty pricey and has a few arbitrary reporting limitations that I am not a fan of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep our leads and contacts data better organized, which allows for more targeted and segmented marketing efforts. Additionally, it addresses the challenge of reporting when the source system we receive data from has reliability issues.
