Exceptional project management software.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many things to like about Salesforce Sales Cloud. Still, some of the best features include its powerful CRM platform that can bring customers and companies closer together, its personalized experiences that deliver success and benefits, and its safety, speed, and reliability. Other great features include potent products and features, quick answers and responses, the ability to learn about customer wants and needs, and the option to automate various tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that any particular employee has access to all company-wide information with a similar/generic degree of permissions, with slight variance between positions. This could lead to users overloading with irrelevant details and abandoning the Salesforce Sales Cloud product. Inadequate training of consumers is also a concern of mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Salesforce Sales Cloud gives us an easy way to keep track of all our customer service contacts so that we can identify and solve any issues. Having complete records of every interaction lets us see exactly where the problem areas are, so we can take steps to fix them.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is being used by a wider range of companies because of its flexibility to build it around your requirements. The other positive thing is its integration with almost all the tools available out there in the market. We connect Salesforce with almost all of our sales stacks like Salesloft, Seismic, Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo. Pardot is very useful to do marketing campaigns. The prospect timeline provides full visibility on the stage of prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such that I dislike but the learning curve is pretty high for new users. Also, maintaining the data is tricky too as uploading it manually every day is a task. Sometimes I find it hard to use to generate reports and build a prospect list from Salesforce itself. I believe the UX can be a bit better and more Modern, as new-age companies like Hubspot and Freshworks are coming up with better UX and easy-to-navigate menus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is acting as a single source of Truth for all the Sales efforts inside the company. All of our Account and Prospect data is in there with the activities, stages and deals. This is also providing a great dashboard for the management to see the insights into a company. The integration of different apps helps us to populate lead lists (Using Sales Navigator) or run outbound campaigns (Using Salesloft). Overall this is a mighty CRM for Small-Mid Size companies.

Lead to cash business is very common and allows easy onboarding to new sales reps.

Quoting of subscription products does not come out of the box

Highly-customizable sales platform

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud can do almost anything you need, assuming you're willing to put the time, resources, and effort into it. We've used Salesforce Sales Cloud as our CRM for nearly five years, and it has only gotten better as we've become more familiar with it and customized it to our needs.

Salesforce is huge, and the opportunities for customization are endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on your industry and your company's specific needs, "out-of-the-box" Sales Cloud may simply not be good enough. It took us a lot of customization (including plenty of custom development) to build the Sales Cloud out the way we wanted it. We've also installed several plug-ins to make our workflow more efficient.

Salesforce can also be expensive, so depending on how much cash you're willing to spend, it may not be the right option for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesforce Sales Cloud for lead management. Most of our leads are automatically posted right into Salesforce and automatically distributed to our loan officers, who contact them, convert the leads to opportunities/deals, and send the information into our loan origination system with the click of a button.

What do you like best about the product?
Lead and opportunity management is nothing short of excellent. I've used many CRMs over the years, and the capabilities/ease of use of SF Sales Cloud never ceases to amaze me. The customization of the UI makes it easy for myself and my team to have access to so much information with a minimal click path. Time is money! I'd also like to add how easily SF Sales Cloud integrates with a variety of different platforms. Integrating with Hubspot, Cirrus Insight and ZoomInfo was easier than I could ever imagine.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many limitations to SF, but there are a few. Most of my issues come with home page editing but other than that tiny issue, nothing but posititves. I've been frequently working in SF Sales Cloud for 4-5 years now and I truly wouldn't bother using another CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives our Sales Managers an easily digestible UI, which is extremely important to any sales team. Data should be easily accessible and SF Sales Cloud does just that. Reporting and dashboard building have made our day-to-day sales lives a whole lot easier.

Traceability was a big issue for us in the past, but with Salesforce Sales Cloud, its easier than ever to go back and find historical data. Salesforce helps us create that "story" we're looking for, even when we don't think we have one to tell.

What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable and you can easily create many dashboards and reports based on your needs. I love the mobile app that I can find contacts quickly and follow up on the leads on the go. We have other software that is integrated into Salesforce so our reps can use them for prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of the licenses is high compared to other CRM software out there. Lack of a customer support team that I can reach out to quickly if there's an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our customer data including the intend data of the prospects. Capturing leads and able to quickly follow up using tools like mass email and email templates.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has a lot of great tools for managing customer relationships. It's easy to keep track of information when everything is in one place. I like how customizable the interface is. The reporting features are also self-service and straightforward to use. Salesforce will be highly beneficial to any company managing large amounts of data. We could not perform our duties without such a powerful CRM. It is also advantageous to be able to coordinate outreach efforts. After initial configuration, this tool is highly user-friendly and allows for the simple distribution of customer data. Generating customizable reports is beneficial. My previous tests of customer relationship management systems pale compared to how simple this one is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only think of one major drawback to this product: the high cost of a license to use Salesforce CRM. However, this CRM has more industry experience than its competitors, making it a prudent investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With all client data in one place, we can better manage incoming information requests and respond quickly. We can make better business decisions by organizing our data in Salesforce. It simplifies the process of uploading data to the cloud and creating reports.

What do you like best about the product?
In the salesforce, we can fetch all the information regarding the campaign, etc... in one place. Dashboards option gives us a clear performance of our tasks, by this we are able to analyze the data easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Salesforce even if the campaign is terminated or paused also it is showing the upcoming tasks till the campaign end date. Due to this under pending tasks, it is showing many pending tasks which look bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Force is the place where we can get all the data in one place. We will get notifications if anyone posts information or assign a task. We can assign tasks to other teammates and also can give the priority.

What do you like best about the product?
My dashboards answers my mentor, my accountant and my questions at a click of the button. I have no extended our offering and we are able to be smart and precise on areas to focus on!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be pricy for small organizations and it does take time to get into the habit of data entering (like all crms)

What do you like best about the product?
Automation, Flexibility and different feature out of the box such as reports and dashboards
Additionally all the new roll outs give you point and click features to integrate with other systems, automate your business processes with flow and now cherry on the top are the AI features which helps and assist the team with their tasks and operations
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the feature limitations such as you can`t schedule a joint report and few limitations
