Easy to use, implement and customisable CRM - 'new' Lightning version needs work

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud helps on a daily basis to manage our processes and customer relationships. In addition Salesforce Sales Cloud is fully customisable to our needs and requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The very very slow 'new' lightning interface of Salesforce Sales Cloud which forces our employees to revert back to the old salesforce user interface on a regular basis. The Lightning interface just seems that it was and is not ready to be used on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer relationship management and as a single source of truth. We rely on salesforce Sales Cloud and its availability to run manage and monitor our crucial data, processes and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to track opportunities in a self-defined funnel. Can customise weightings, rules and required fields to ensure data is being tracked efficiently. Better than other competitors in most places.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not set up efficiently for smaller, niche industries. Quite costly too, but benefits outweigh the cost in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Includes custom reporting regarding any account at each stage of the life cycle. Can customise dashboards to accurately track personal as well as company-wide performance

What do you like best about the product?
The comprehensive data ability and tracking from the opportunity creation to booking the deal, salesforce provides everything for the business metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics could be better and interface can be more user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales reporting and tracking of how business is booked is what salesforce do best. Considering SaaS industry, its a win win.

What do you like best about the product?
Well-organized dashboards were something that allowed me to save a lot of time. Also, the graphics were beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some data were incomplete, which caused many misunderstandings, but that occurred rarely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud, for sure, is solving troubling cases with data accusition.

What do you like best about the product?
As a business in sales, you don't need to concentrate on software development; salesforce automatically updates its new futures and updates, you can concentrate on your business, no need to look at any software so that your resources can completely focus on business
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no reason to dislike sales cloud until it doesn't meet your business requirements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud solves the trouble you are facing with your customer data; you don't need to code for everything; it's a point-and-click tool; compared to any other platform its fast to configure and easy to implement.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it's cloud-based. This means we can maintain the hardware and software's latest versions. Now that hardware is no longer a concern; we can focus our efforts where they belong: on company expansion. Furthermore, Salesforce gives us access to various platforms, from those suited for sole proprietorships to those done for multinational corporations. The comprehensive range of available capabilities allows us to integrate anything and expand your business quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I particularly dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud. As someone tech-savvy and learns new skills quickly, I had no trouble using this software. If used correctly, there should be no concerns or problems. All the information you need can be found before you, and the process is straightforward. So if you are a quick learner and know how to use computers, you should be okay with using Salesforce effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Salesforce Sales Cloud is a great way to manage sales and customers. By integrating them into Salesforce, we could eliminate the vast bulk of the spreadsheets we were using. However, we had to upgrade our prior CRM to fit the different business scenarios we were now required to work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Tableau function in salesforce where I can compare month over month growth in my metrics in regards to pay and if i am trending in the correct direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
On many occasions the contacts are not up to date and the contact and moved companies. Would be nice if it can link up and refresh to Linkedin to see when people move companies and automatically update on its own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving ease of use and lead growth with our marketing team. I am in sales but have benefitted from the increased accuracy in regards to leads and how they have improved.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the management options for leads, accounts, and services. A huge help is the integrations which are widely available across many platforms. Having data directly pulled without having to manually update fields is a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some stuff that should be straightforward ends up having extra hoops and complications, there are a lot of suggestions from the community which would help improve the system but they are ignored for years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of our sales, generating a wide array of reports, and having the costumer data at our fingertips with easy ways to filter them and export if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable and you can easily create many dashboards and reports based on your needs. I love the mobile app that I can find contacts quickly and follow up on the leads on the go. We have other software that is integrated into Salesforce so our reps can use them for prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of the licenses is high compared to other CRM software out there. Lack of a customer support team that I can reach out to quickly if there's an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our customer data including the intend data of the prospects. Capturing leads and able to quickly follow up using tools like mass email and email templates.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the customizable tools that Saleforce provides. It is easy for me to sort my clients by a wide variety of factors and create notifications for their communication needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Salesforce is not always intuitive or beginner friendly. It can take some time to learn, but, once you have a feel for it, it provides excellent tools. I also think that some of the visuals are a little dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a large list of clients that I must organize and support every week. Salesforce allows me to sort them in a consistent and organized manner. It also allows me to keep detailed records of my interactions with those clients for customer service needs and legal compliance.
