What do you like best about the product?
The platform that we have established is highly able to be customized and we are constantly making improvements to the system and giving users the tools that they need without the help of an outside consultant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The areas of the system that are fully custom created are not as flawlessly connected to other tools like the Analytics cloud and the mulesoft connection for data uploads
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving sales for the sales team and helping to drive product development for creating and tracking new products as well as tracking sales for the operations team

What do you like best about the product?
The layout is attractive, and there are a lot of options for where to store data. The dashboard functions are amazing. They allow you to have all the reports you use in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to so many levels, it isn't intuitive. So much comes down to how you set it up and use it. It is important to have users be part of the mapping process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great management of client relationships and ability to keep on top of it. I can see where each opportunity is currently and where my pipeline is, and I can reach out to clients from the system.

What do you like best about the product?
Lead and opportunity management is nothing short of excellent. I've used many CRMs over the years, and the capabilities/ease of use of SF Sales Cloud never ceases to amaze me. The customization of the UI makes it easy for myself and my team to have access to so much information with a minimal click path. Time is money! I'd also like to add how easily SF Sales Cloud integrates with a variety of different platforms. Integrating with Hubspot, Cirrus Insight and ZoomInfo was easier than I could ever imagine.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many limitations to SF, but there are a few. Most of my issues come with home page editing but other than that tiny issue, nothing but posititves. I've been frequently working in SF Sales Cloud for 4-5 years now and I truly wouldn't bother using another CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives our Sales Managers an easily digestible UI, which is extremely important to any sales team. Data should be easily accessible and SF Sales Cloud does just that. Reporting and dashboard building have made our day-to-day sales lives a whole lot easier.

Traceability was a big issue for us in the past, but with Salesforce Sales Cloud, its easier than ever to go back and find historical data. Salesforce helps us create that "story" we're looking for, even when we don't think we have one to tell.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a pretty modern and innovative sales tool out there.
Integration to third-party is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes automation can fail and gives headaches
Because it is a point of time software, historical and trending reporting can be an issue
Getting to the support personnel can be another issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped us manage clients, opps and their activites/tasks and any other custom objects
A lot of times we managed to create automation tied to opportunities and accounts using flows and process builders (so without any apex codes)

What do you like best about the product?
I think Salesforce Sales Cloud is extremely easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have one specific downside - I think certain areas of the interface could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my team to improve conversions and not spend extra time inputting information.

What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable part of Salesforce Sales Cloud is its easy use and implementation. The reports and dashboards are easy to digest, and you can report on anything. The upside of Salesforce is it integrates with a lot of current tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Salesforce Sales Cloud is the reporting can sometimes take a while to load or update. When I update anything in Salesforce, it will give me errors that I don't know how to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is helping me manage and hold my team accountable through accurate reporting and dashboards. Salesforce also keeps me organized and allows me to present our results in meetings and reviews.

Can be overwhemling when you are first learning because of the number of features available.

The ability to easily reach out to customers and collect their feedback in an organized way. It makes outreach a whole lot quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a beast of a product in the best way possible. You can choose to use it out of the box or customize it to fit your business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features that haven't made it over to lightning yet require you to switch over to Classic. As a user who started from lightning, it seems like this is a step backward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data accuracy has been a huge issue, given the multiple verticals our business deals with. Salesforce helps us organize accounts and set guardrails to ensure information is represented accurately.
