What do you like best about the product?
the many things that you can do in a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some essential functions not included, but I trust SF team will work on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all information in my organization.

SalesForce and ZoomInfo work great together

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity between the two softwares, it feels like they are the same software when you are using them together. Simple click of a button or two and you've loaded your SF cloud with Zoominfo
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it fails to read the proper info between softwares. For example, it will say an account from Zoominfo isn't in our Salesforce cloud when it actually is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of having way too much on your p[late, or appearing so at least. SF cloud puts everything you need for your daily workday as a salesperson into one spot for you.

What do you like best about the product?
The Salesforce cloud program allows users to make use of multiple services within a single user interface. This is substantially efficient and makes my life so much easier than having to use multiple UIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is the fact that most applets within the UI appear to be very rudimentary and are clearly in need of an aesthetic uplift. That being said, the functions still do what is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is used by my current employer to track tickets, service requests, take notes, and record potential sale options. Being able to do this in a single UI saves me time and bandwidth.

UI is very nice. Lightning version is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few options made complicated like finding user details.

Integration with SAP applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Lead to cash business is very common and allows easy onboarding to new sales reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quoting of subscription products does not come out of the box

Allows us to see all the deal management and pipeline management in SF

What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface is very simple and easy to do. The connections that we provide to combine our product with Salesforce make it easier to generate leads for the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not for everyone. It's primarily for mid to enterprise-tier level companies. It can also get very complicated for the non-technical person to use. It is always updating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is bringing sales leads. Easy to use CRM. Customer Engagement and reporting. Add Events on sales leads. There is lots of things this application does for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud can do almost anything you need, assuming you're willing to put the time, resources, and effort into it. We've used Salesforce Sales Cloud as our CRM for nearly five years, and it has only gotten better as we've become more familiar with it and customized it to our needs.

Salesforce is huge, and the opportunities for customization are endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on your industry and your company's specific needs, "out-of-the-box" Sales Cloud may simply not be good enough. It took us a lot of customization (including plenty of custom development) to build the Sales Cloud out the way we wanted it. We've also installed several plug-ins to make our workflow more efficient.

Salesforce can also be expensive, so depending on how much cash you're willing to spend, it may not be the right option for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesforce Sales Cloud for lead management. Most of our leads are automatically posted right into Salesforce and automatically distributed to our loan officers, who contact them, convert the leads to opportunities/deals, and send the information into our loan origination system with the click of a button.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a powerful tool that can do almost anything. Reporting capabilities are great. It can also integrate with most tools we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is powerful, it is also hard to navigate. Reports can also be slow to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce helps me keep a place of record for all information and communication with customers. It also integrates and brings my tool set together

What do you like best about the product?
Reliable, well-supported, and easy to customize. As a developer, I appreciate how easy it is to create declarative and programmatic solutions. The community is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is expensive and it is easy to misuse, especially if developers are unfamiliar with its data model or with programming constraints. Personally, although I love Lightning functionality, I still cannot get used to its cartoony interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration across multiple systems; easy and reliable updating of records; turnkey solutions that limit the need for custom and possibly disjointed development.
