What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud makes sales teams to effectively manage their customer interactions, sales pipeline and performance metrics. Also allows to track the leads and manage the schedule and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is on the higher pricing side for small companies. Since it's a complex platform it may be challenge for end user to get to learn. From the integration point of view it is bit challenging if we have to do it with other third party vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of sales process gives sales guy more time on selling products and helps improving data accuracy. It gives visibility into the sales pipeline which helps in making informed decision on sales data
Best product to manage the end-to-end sales
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is a single-place solution for all sales functionality. Using the sales cloud, we can save product information like names, UPC, and SKU. It is a CRM tool in which we can run campaigns, trigger emails and generate a detailed sales report.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is expensive and depends on the Internet. If the internet is slow, it can impact performance.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is reducing the complexity in sales operations as it provides a single-place solution for all the sales operations like Sales Engagement and Sales Analytics, which help in taking data-driven decisions. We can track and email our customers updates using the salesforce sales cloud.
It reduces miscommunication and increase sales by integrating with another plugins, it provides a centralized repository with all the customer data in a single place.

LOVE Salesforce for CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It is super nice to be able to have a useful CRM tool that has everything in one place. I can literally type someone's name in and have all their info right there without using multiple systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think we just purchased the lowest version so some things don't automatically combine and interact with each other. Otherwise I really like this product! I highly recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier for us to be able to send emails right through salesforce and it automatically will save our interactions with clients, donors, etc. so someone can see if another person has already reached out to the client/donor.

Salesforce sales cloud provides a universal platform for the sales team to coordinate effectively and efficiently. It has various powerful tools that help manage overall revenue growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is considered difficult for new users to access the Salesforce sales cloud platform, and they need training in the initial stage to have a grip on the tool. Complexity in terms of usage, we can also say in other words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce cloud is very effective in terms of connecting all sales users on the same track. It provides event and task tracking, which is an excellent tool for managing scheduling and overall tracking very effectively.
A good CRM/Workflow tool with some reporting limitations
What do you like best about the product?
It is a good tool to aggregate sales and work request data. The ability to combine reporting to find both prospective and actual projects for a client is very good. The ability to target specific work request types, projects, or clients is dynamic and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform suffers from a lot of garbage in garbage out errors - if the users do not input the information correctly, hunting down requests is very challenging. The end users also have issues at times generating reports of out the data due to permission issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this as both sales pipeline tool and an internal workflow tracing tool. It allows us to see, in realtime, potential incoming work, actual work ongoing, and historical metrics for clients.
If you have a large sales team across geography, Salesforce Sales Cloud is a must!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Salesforce Sales cloud is its ability to optimize your salesforce process. It reduces the time sales personnel spend on CRM tools and automatically allows them to log all their activities and conversations. There are many other features that are super helpful not just for sales but for leadership too, who can get instant insights on the sales team's performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike except that you need an IT team, SFDC experts and process experts to implement this. While the platform has been built to be super easy, it does require massive change management and a learning curve for sales teams to adapt to new systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce cloud is automating much of our sales conversations on the system without much dependence on any manual intervention. Integration with Outlook enhances accuracy. Apart from that conversation intelligence, salesforce's ease of integration with numerous platforms such as Marketo or other marketing automation platforms, ABM platforms such as 6sense, and Analytics platforms such as Bizible are commendable and help bring insights from various platforms all in a single place.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. The program's speed opens when we login into the lead.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to update the activity done in the past and remind us of the movement of the future things to be done. It Tracks the up-to-date activity in salesforce.
Very Configurable CRM
What do you like best about the product?
There are a a variety of apps we use at my solar company and they all seem to integrate well with Salesforce. We're able to generate reports based on the data coming in and search through all the data easily with little bits of info using the search box.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't like how my admins format things but I'm sure it's more their fault than the CRM itself. I've worked at multiple companies that use SF and some do more with it than others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, collaboration, presentation, Document generation, and customer relations.

SalesForce is robust for managing nearly all operations inside a company
What do you like best about the product?
SalesForce provides a clear line of communication between parties and sets up a solid reporting structure to give details and analytics from all sides of our company's operations. I can set up reports around any sale or internal team metric aspect. For example, I need to know how many hours we are spending on certain types of projects, or how what the pipeline looks like for new sales and potential upsells.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be clunky and unfriendly to use. However, I also use Lightning and have gotten used to the format. It is very different from the classic view. In classic, I think the reports are hard to manage, especially to analyze different scenarios (you have to go into report set up and resave with diffe3rent parameters). In Lightning, you can set up different filters for easy reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without it, my division wouldn't have a clear picture on leads, sales pipeline and our delivery efficiency. I can easily run reports on individual contributors or my entire team. I can also cross-reference and discover how my team compares to others.
