What do you like best about the product?
I have used it to identify the most efficient routes for our field sales teams.
Simple integration with other salesforce product.
Simple UI/UX for better understanding
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of Salesforce is very high compared to other competitors.
There is no offline synchronization of data as it a cloud-based it requires good internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Huge data of the organization is well managed in Sales Force. It looks after the first sales call till the delivery of the Customer.
Sales department can be monitored efficiently by using sales force.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is very beneficial for storing all the data of the customers. We Can fill N numbers of data in it , It helps will knowing the customers very well before each call or transaction
What do you dislike about the product?
Raising a ticket is a little tough. Assigning right ticket to each owner mannually is also little complicated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps in knowing the customer in one CRM instead of opening few of the other software , Like from order ID to customers requirements is been filled in one page of Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
As someone setting up the entire sales process for an organisation from scratch, Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite is a blessing. Having worked with multiple CRM and Sales Cloud software, Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite truly stands out in terms of ease of usage, robust analytics and reporting, the ability to monitor pipeline and forecast on a top-down basis, and the ability to customise according to our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite would be much more penetrable to start-ups in emerging markets if they could have a perennial free version for a limited number of users. And similarly, decluttering certain aspects of the platform would make it even more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud Suite helps me and my organisation solve the need to automate and send customised bulk emails, manage incoming leads and accounts and track its status, assign an owner to opportunities and accounts, and also forecast and manage pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is easy to use and helps to increase your product sales exponentially with keep track of all the things related to sales for example Opportunity, leads, quote etc
What do you dislike about the product?
SOme functionality is a bit tricky to use that can only technical people can hande.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
salesforce sales cloud solves the bridge between client and product it helps to sell product hassle free without any paperwork. It is purely a digital process where everything is tracked and you customize your quotes, opportunities etc.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps a lot in data handling; reports and dashboards in Salesforce are highly detailed and robust. If you still are using Excel or google sheets to take care of your data and to pull reports out of it, then friend you are lagging, switch to Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few features like can refresh dashboards before 1 minute, takes some time to auto tag few data. Salesforce can improve its real time data tagging and reflecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes care of the sales data, and helps in handling leads coming in every day. Keeps track of all the activities, tasks and in positioning of leads. Again the dashboards and reports are the best experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The Salescloud suite of tools offers unparalleled customization - from object and data management to automation, reporting and pipeline management; Salescloud does it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most offputting aspect of Salescloud would have to be the price - however, this is an enterprise-level solution. So startups and SMBs may wish to look elsewhere for more affordable CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is our primary CRM - it manages all of our prospect, lead and customer data. We also integrate Sales Cloud with several other marketing and sales tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get to my leads in a timely manner. The overall capability of the platform is awesome.

Sometimes with a big organization, things can get pretty slow.

What do you like best about the product?
There are endless possibilities for reports and dashboard making. These insights are extremely valuable. Strong integrations with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to how dynamic and complex SFSC is, its extremely slow to load. This makes our workflow take much longer. Also, for new users it can be tricky to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps solve lack of overview of my activities and the teams. It is also the source of truth for any communications

What do you like best about the product?
The abundant features that Salesforce offers are unmatchable. It gives the user immense flexibility and command over their job. The filters and preset categories are actually helping the salesperson to find the right prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a lame question I believe. LOL! Because the app is almost perfect. Though I would suggest the UI be more attractive and simplified. Also t times the cloud server goes slow which must be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a number of problems including sorting, filtering, prospecting, time management, notifications, and reminders, giving good idea about the targets and achievements etc

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best advantages of the sales cloud is its ability to provide a comprehensive view of customer data and interactions, allowing sales teams to better understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it is costly. While it can provide significant benefits and value, the platform can be expensive, particularly for small businesses or startups with limited resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We migrate their lead records and CRM records with the manner of integration with monday.com, and it fetches the data with the recipe available along with the OOB integration part.
