What do you like best about the product?
Having information in one place and the dashboards are useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without add-ons, this doesn't do what we expected of needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce was implemented to better rate our leads and organize our activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has enabled automation for day to day tasks which proved to be wonderful by increasing the rep productivity and effectively in closing more leads. It has a single box to manage the incoming and outgoing mails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires high effort for adopting the platform for daily usage. Used it for a large logistics company and it accrued high costs because of its subscription based pricing model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allowed us to capture and manage the leads as it progress through the sales pipeline and utlimately leading them to convert into opportunities. It ensured that our focus remains on the most promising leads and no potential business is overlooked. The automation capabilities enabled us to focus on high value activities and closing deals instead of manually doing the repetitive tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
We found it very easy to integrate into our existing CRM. the UI of the product makes it very easy to use. i have not tried customer support yet and as a team we did had some struggles while implementing it. salesforce software are being used by our team daily. there are lots of number of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did not find as a team to implement a new CRM. the UI of the system is very clean but I don't find some options easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i really like that it's customizable also the syncing of the contacts is easy.

Automating routine tasks like follow-ups, data entry, and lead scoring saves time and reduces errors, allowing sales teams to focus on higher-value activities.
