Sales cloud makes it easy for our sales reps to easily review and track their leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality as a beginner can be very overwhelming.

Capturing Customer information, tracking leads and opportunities in a standard and efficient way.
Effective CRM with Challenging Setup

I appreciate the targeted email functionality the most. It's crucial for enhancing account engagement on key tasks and accounts. The integration with the main Salesforce CRM is significant for me, as the scale and seamless connectivity offer substantial benefits.

I found the initial setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud to be quite complex due to the intricate workflows we had in place, making the process of replicating them into the system a significant task. Additionally, I feel there's room for improvement with its basic intelligence and agent signature, which I expect to evolve significantly.

I find Salesforce Sales Cloud enhances account engagement on key tasks, especially for key accounts, which is crucial for us. The targeted email functionality is highly appreciated.

Easy Lead Tracking in Sales Cloud, but Marketing Features Costly for Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
We only have a few users on sales cloud. It’s easy to configure and track leads and create dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that as a small company we need to purchase marketing cloud if we want to send engagaement. For this reason we have found a cheaper solution outside of Salesforce
