Great platform!

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use for all levels of experience. The automation is next level. And, convince of one product is transformative. Competing products don't even come close.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no downside to the actual product. It can get expensive. But, companies should understand the investment is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very customizable and can be controlled. Everything from permissions to restricting and requiring data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is expensive, so it is an investment. Also, it can get complicated. So it's key to keep it under control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to have an admin do changes rather than full development.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud allows banks to provide best in class customer experience, by delivering timely insights and data to personalize each and every interaction of a customer's journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud requires you to have a very solid data foundation to build upon. With a great data foundation you will not realize the full power of sales cloud period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving how and when we should be engaging with our customers and our partners. By providing our sales and operations teams with timely data and insights we are able to be proactive in engaging our customers.

It's a powerful platform with capabilities that continue to be released.
What do you dislike about the product?
Again, as long as it's seeing where the customer is, and where they are in their journey, and what they need. The power of the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continue to evolve the sales journey of our customer and leveraging the data of the customer journey to ensure they have a Target Inn experience

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is great because it is fully customizable and can leveraged for all of our business needs. I love that changes can be made in real time.

There are always a lot of changes to the platform that need to kept up on.

How I can integrate marketing with sales cloud to empower my sales team with data that is useful to drive customer engagement.

That some fields aren't mandatory or the fact that some fields can have information that is not standardized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating workflows from marketing to sales to improve ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
This product is extremely user friendly and easy to use for those that have little experience. It utilizes all the data for personalization to create a better customer experience without going through a huge hassle to incorporate it.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company currently doesn't have access to all of Salesforce products so I feel like some capabilities we are lacking on due to the ability only being available on one platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are keeping up on current changes to technology like Apple Mail and third party cookies going away and modifying on how we track and record data. It's helpful and nice to know that that's also a priority for them.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage our key accounts and support our partner dealers through the sales process. Being one step removed from their business, Sales Cloud allows us to drive leads directly to our partners. Pairing this with Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud gives us a full scale solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a lot of time and investment in getting all the foundational data connected. Some of our partner dealers are still not connected but there are manual and automated ways to manage their opportunities in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to start matching the partner opportunity to our markeitng activities and are finally able to demonstrate ROI. This means better investments in the marketing tactics that work.
