My great experience in the salesforce sales cloud
What do you like best about the product?
It's very structured and user friendly and provide multiple features at one place , also the third party integration makes it best as it makes it easy to fulfill the requirements and also reduces gap between client and product
What do you dislike about the product?
It's response time is a little bit slow also the support team is not very helpful and it takes too many days to resolve a small issue, and there also multiple processes to get help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's reducing the gap between client and product and also it's so easy to understand for a non technical person too. It's third party integration solves many issues that we were facing earlier in integrating the third party

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud allows our team to stay organized. It allows all members to clearly prioritize opportunities and leads in the system. But most importantly, DRIVE results!
What do you dislike about the product?
Education/training at onboarding could have been more robust. There were services we use now (and can't live without) that we didn't enable until a few months in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, organization, organization. It forces a single source of the truth to drive communication between teams. As long as everyone is using the tool as intended, processes are expedited faster than without.

It's a very robust platform so that constitutes a healthy price tag. That said, the value holds up given the capabilities.

Prior to Salesforce Sales Cloud, collaboration and communication between our sales teams and other stakeholders were fragmented. We relied on multiple systems and manual methods for sharing information, leading to miscommunication, delays, and inefficiencies.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to configure it to match my business needs. Specifically around the post sale customer experience. Being able to track, report, and visualize key activities (outside of a true sales cycle) is clutch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its requires a lot of skill to configure and setup. If we didnt have an onstaff admin or a partner to support us, it would be hard to make the tool work like we need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account management and customer success teams need the ability to see the client holistically. Every ticket, project, and order is at the finger tips of our reps.

Great for collaboration of marketing and sales teams , seamless transition of leads to maximize opportunities
What do you dislike about the product?
We had more success implementing the instance when creating cadences on sales behalf, adoption of cadence creation by the sales team has been low and would love ideas to improve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visibility it provides stakeholders for sales performance management is really unmatched. It's been a great tool to show the value of leads that marketing is generating as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a foundational tool for any business. You gain value in understanding your customers from contacts and opportunity history to activity and interaction. And Sales Cloud is just the beginning of what Salesforce and its ecosystem can bring you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is its own world and distinct system, so be prepared to have a dedicated, well trained admin and/or partner to ensure you utilize the tool to the fullest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to understand our relationship with any specific contact or company and sales cloud and the Salesforce CRM helps me do that. I can see who we know and how often we work with them. I can run reports to see which teams/industries etc I've had great success with so I can dig into why and sharing that success elsewhere.
Versatile for Nonprofits
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to track our partnerships and growth works as well as fundraising as a nonprofit with the same power and features that enterprise companies use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes out of the box features which have great capabilities, lack some flexibility and customization we'd desire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A central single source of truth for all sales and revenue

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps create and track measurable seller productivity and provides insights to move deals through the funnel. The only competitive solutions I've seen ised are spreadsheets, which today equates to the stone ages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be awesome to help large organizations with complex installations to make sure we are getting maximum value from our investment, with features like sales enablement dashboards and other clouds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud empowers sellers and all connected stakeholders to understand where success is happening and where we have opportunities for improvement in the endeavor to hit goals. In the end, the problem to solve is closing new business.
Enabling sellers to have all the tools needed to succeed
What do you like best about the product?
Having all of the information needed at the tip of my fingers: my activity, notes, contact information, call recordings, and account mappings. No other tool provides the visibility and ease of use to accomplish my day to day tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of a single component I don't like about sales cloud. Any issues are typically because it was not set up properly to begin with. The work flows allow for amazing customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all of the data and outreach tools into one place. It enables me to accomplish more and stay informed every step of the way. We've been able to have more visibility into our pipeline which has increased our overall performance.
Sales and marketing alignment!
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud and sales engagement has helped our sales team progress leads quickly and thoughtfully while staying on brand. Marketing can give input and help strategize to help get the right engagements in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's tough to have separation between sales engagement and marketing cloud account engagement. I'd love to see them integrated fora more seamless experience in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud is helping us to better track and evaluate our leads, contacts and accounts. Using an ABM strategy, it's great to see the engagement levels of different contacts within an account.
