What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud excels in customization, automation, AI-driven insights, and seamless integrations. Strong customer support and top-tier security further bolster its appeal, making it a comprehensive solution for optimizing sales processes and driving business growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud, despite its powerful features, has some drawbacks. Its complexity and extensive capabilities can be overwhelming, requiring significant time and specialized knowledge for setup and customization. The platform can also be costly, particularly for small businesses. Some users find the interface cluttered and not very intuitive, and performance issues may arise with complex customizations or large data volumes. Additionally, the steep learning curve necessitates comprehensive training, and the quality and responsiveness of customer support can be inconsistent. These factors can impact user experience and should be carefully considered before adopting the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Good looking crm platform to work on and show to customers. ability to added more clouds and interlink everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like learning a new language and can sometimes be another trailhead or googling to resolve a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us a customer 360 view and being able to be have all that data in one place and seeing them through each stage of the funnel effectively.

Some things are clunky. You can do one thing in contact builder but can't do the same thing in email studio
