What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is very informative to the users and give all the available fear tours across all the competitors. Easy to understand

Standard reporting feature to be inproved. Campaign can be better managed. Interface for partner portal can be improved

It's one of the leading CRM so all the required features are mostly incorporated.

It’s a complete product for any company managing leads and opportunities. Well thought product with great features and flexibility to customise it as per needs. It has all the features from lead capturing to opportunity conversion. Has price book, revenue forecasting and loads of additional features. Supports customer 360.

Revenue forecasting needs more improvement

A single system to manage a customer as lead to account and then a opportunity conversion. It helps me see complete history of customer at a single place

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud enables Sales Enablement process in a very efficient way. Territory management, opportunity management, contact center are all marque features of any sales enablement program and Salesforce makes it a lot easier to implement all these features in a very scalable way
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally believe a lot more customization could be done and a lot more native offering could be introduced in sales journey. Digital signature process, cpq and quote process all require additional licensing and making this a part of sales cloud journey could improve feature adoption a lot more

Sales cloud gives a clear sales enablement path with features like lead scoring, referrals, contact center management..It provides a base to make the process more customer centric increasing customer loyalty and retention

Seeing all customer data and history is invaluable. Automation that can be built via clicks and code saves a vonsiderabke amount of time for employees.

What do you like best about the product?
The best about Salesforce is the lack of limits. Everything is possible, it's just matter of time and cost of development and implementation. It's giving all the possibility and tool to a company to do everything they want and with AI implementation now it's going to be even more efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functions that are not easy accessible and usable. The apex deployment and testing system could be a bit more efficient. one small thing o can also mention is the lack of empty field in the new dynamic layout page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have all the information for any customer or lead in a single place. We are also storing info about invoicing and revenues and soon the info about the projects with time sheets and tasks.

End to End guided journey of whole Sales process. Rhus is very smooth to configure and customize both for B2B and B2C customers with Industry specific processes

Really nothing. Almost everything is in Sales Cloud to setup a sales journey.
Inbuild e-signature would be a great add-ons instead of go with a third party or App Exchange.

Improve sales, speed-up lead process, highly convert lead to opportunity and win the opportunity. Sales Cloud with Einstein AI, it provide us better view of deal.
