Great out of the box, amazing to customise

What do you like best about the product?
It is great to use with most standard objects and settings so getting everything up and running is quick and painless. The customisation options and low/no code options are also endless with an amazing app ecosystem and even better helpful community
What do you dislike about the product?
The success of the system depends on having strict and rigid processes in place, if your sales team users have too much flexibility it might be hard to make best use of sales cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating spreadsheets and emails. Centralising communication on slack, chatter, mail to Salesforce etc.. consolidated reporting and kpi management. Performance has definitely increased over time

What do you like best about the product?
Customization & ease of use. It can be custoise to match individual requirement of the organisation. With out of the box tools it becomes helpful to make quick changes. Very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
More options must be included in the reporting. Like additional number of formulas, customization options which rows and columns needs to be shown/hide. Increase dashboard component limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps sellers to easily keep track of their pipeline & new business.

What do you like best about the product?
That's it's easy to access for new beginner. It will very helpful for the people who will graduate after collages and university. Sales cloud is very safe that's what I realise
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I did not like about it but else it just looks easier as I mentioned earlier. Also the the people who explained it well the sales guy were helpful to explain all this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything related to my company.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything related to salescloud starting with data model, collaboration tool such as chatter, built in processes help companies to cut the cost of implementing IT infra
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, honestly nothing I would say as clients are mainly foccussing on reducing the cost of maintaining and implementing CRM , salesforce comes up with great features to help customers implement salesforce easily and quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving day to day customer problems with best experience and helping them to provide best consulting experience sales cloud features are easy to implement and reduce the business complexities

What do you like best about the product?
A great platform to manage leads, opportunities and quotes in one place. It has become a single source of truth for sales team and makes it easy to track history of interactions and data about clients we have worked with in past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it is a great product and with out of box functionality you can tailor it to your requirements and get exactly the outcome you are looking for. So for me there is nothing major to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a platform to store and manage all data and information sales team need to do their job. It also acts an excellent source to look at the past data and do analytics to drive insights.

What do you like best about the product?
I am track my prospects and pipeline with ease. Training users on the platform is simple with trailhead and allows them to understand their role and how to use the platform to get the best use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes difficult to understand the licence model and understand where a problem is. Sometimes it's difficult to remember where everything is or what it's called.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales clouds integration with Pardot is great and always us to seamlessly connect our customers to our products and understand who are our prospects, what peoples are looking at on the website and downloading

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Salesforce Sales Cloud comes preconfigured out of the box with a full fledged sales process that customers can use to better understand and developer their business strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is very powerful and allows for a wealth of customisations. I find for smaller less matured business this can be quite overwhelming. Fortunately a lot of the platform comes preconfigured with best in class practises from the industry to ensure your business is successful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows a business to have a holistic view of our customers and to be able to action sales motions at the right time to ensure our products sell and the business is successful.

What do you like best about the product?
The agility and flexibily of using sales cloud. The reporting and dashboard capabilies Sales cloud provides. The feature of Salesforce flows, triggers for automations. Sending email and logging activity for sales teams
What do you dislike about the product?
There have not been many issues but only thing I can say is, even though it is low code there are some needs to do coding to full fit certain requirments. Dashboard improvements for example have feature to filter date ranges in by filter fields. Ie able to have a date picker the filter screen so a sales member can check their opportunities between certain dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track all areas..ie the activity time line is very useful. We can see call logs, emails, task and events. The other benefit is pipeline inspection it was very useful for our sales team

What do you like best about the product?
The integration which it provides through email. The path and the app guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
primary campaign the lead is associated is not availaible.

It helps to know the hot leads and then the sales agents can convert those prospects I to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
How customisable it can be for all sectors.
The ability to add in native apps that sit seamlessly on top of the platform which can drive adoption very easily. Also, it's easy to connect to other things like FormAssembly and Docusign.
What do you dislike about the product?
When Apex was reigning it was very hard to move people away from it to the newer capabilities. Onboarding without the right tools can be daunting for new user to comprehend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone working on separate spreadsheets is such a hassle - locking and unlocking for specific people.
Salesforce allows for collaboration I'm real-time across difelferend objects to tell a full story.
