Sometimes it goes blank and I need to delete history and browser

While Salesforce Sales Cloud offers robust features, its steep learning curve can be off-putting for new users. Additionally, the pricing structure can be prohibitive for smaller businesses, making it less accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly, it streamlines our sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Secondly, it provides valuable insights through analytics, helping us make data-driven decisions. Lastly, its mobile capabilities enable us to stay connected and productive on the go.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing that I have found is it allows us to better view pipeline for strategic business meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The largest downside we have is switching to use to system as a company, meaning we data is often missing (not Salesforce's fault, but just ultimately frustrating)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to accurately plan sales and find new opportunities of growth.

I love how easily it has all customer data, how you have one glass pane and can make an impact on any business if implemented right
What do you dislike about the product?
In all honesty not much. I think it's great product

Keeps us informed with the latest sales deals with our customers and ensure we are contacting and interacting with them at the right time, whether or not this is a renewal or a new lead

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive the platform is. The use of full personalisation depending on your business is amazing, you can create views that suite your business needs.

The biggest dislike is the cost and the technical knowledge for successful set up

The cloud includes everything you would need regarding users and clients, all in one place. Very useful

The UI could be better and could maybe include more customisation
