- Lack of built in mechanism to keep data clean

It is quite dynamic and it solves out what it set out to do

Sometimes the bugs can be inundating.and somewhat complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One source of truth for all of our data. And it is cuts off using multiple tools across different departments

Nothing. It does what it says maybe more control over functionality

It solves.problems all the time but especially around time cruch on a sale

Salesforce is a fantastic tool with a very intuitive interface and great functionality. The new AI features are really making it easier to deploy new workflows.

nothing of any particular note at this time.

Tracking opportunities in our dynamic Sales team and forecasting the pipeline and reporting on this activity together with linking to quotes and sales order forms

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a best platform for the business.it is fast and reliable and securable. It's not allowing the duplicate people so everyone can easily use this platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Lightening experience could be broke and sometimes the conga is very slowly working but is good experience to work in the Salesforce with all these components
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the payment problems and financial force. Asperatonis very good to use for the revenue generation . A good experience for the customers to use Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Richness of reporting thanks to the east access to all customer data, not just those filtering in through sales channels. Improving our field sales operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ideally would be some more flexibility with how Salesforce Maps can be configured to enable Field Sales (for our specific use case)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Field sales management at scale has been a problem for us, but we have the tools to better manage and track outcomes thanks to Sales Cloud. Reporting in general and good quality agent sales journeys are also a game changer.

What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud is quick to use and cater most of the common use case out of the box. Starting from lead genertion to account, opportunity closure it has all the feautures that helps sales team and management. The reporting feature is great as well. Its easy to use, easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides as its best tool at the moment. But still improvements can be made on making the reporting better. We are happy customer who uses salesforce for most our business

Better reporting with intutive ui. Its on cloud so save us from house keeping activities

The ability to see where opportunities are easily and quickly is fantastic for the keeping over site of our pipeline consistent, timely and reactive.
Additionally the Governence stages for progressing bids is something that gives us great confidence in our future with salesforce products and having access to the right tools for maintaining our growth with a structured approach.

I feel the UI could do with some development with colour and alerts.
The pipeline overview having more customisable options would be fantastic .

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a massively split sales process, across multiple platforms and content types. As we grow with sales cloud we will become more effecient and consistent with our sales pipeline.
