What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Salesforce Sales Cloud for more than a decade now, and as time is passing it is getting more robust, stable, and more business-specific day by day to cater to various business needs of the clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of scalability to cater to diverse clients it has to be more scalable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used it for very big clients like Boots, Unilever to name a few and it not only boosts their revenues but also enables them to handle their sales in a more manageable way. Plus it helps them to launch their product in different continents, that was the most amazing part of it.
Best Services in Tracking Sales Processes
What do you like best about the product?
The best in class services and very affordable initial pricing. It is one of the best CRM tools that my team have used in the past. My team was a large sales team and since most of the things were operated from a central location, Salesforce offered a great advantage over its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The intial pricing though is low but the features were a little less and if we look for high end features I would have to pay high prices. Also, I feel Salesforce is more sophisticated compared to its peers, So an expert in the domain is required for configuring the things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One is Lead Management wherein the team members can create the leads and there is an efficient tracking of Lead in the sales funnel till closure phase.

Sales cloud is recommended for organizations which have the the sales process well defined.
What do you like best about the product?
The best is to organize the sales process, with a structured path and also filling information that is necessary in all the parts of the sales life cicle in just one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is missing an out of the box contract signature tool, which request us to contract third part companies for this functionality. Which could be easily covered by sales cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its structuring the sales process with defined activities that the user has to perform in each stage, the guidance of success is helpful for the users which are joining the company.

What do you like best about the product?
For making the sales process easier for sales reps. Especially starting from Lead to Quote, it was amazing to implement. We have used it in different business areas like financial sector to Consumer sector.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike, however would prefer to have different kind of reports that may help the Sales representatives. We do have dashboards, however to encourage milestone achievements, need to have some mechanism to encourage sales reps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its making easier starting from finding leads, making contacts, getting sales opportunities, converting opportunities to deals, generating quotes, negotiating deals in every area, it was very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Customisable without coding, available in the cloud to access on mobile or other devices. Consistently stable and well-planned releases with good communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to know where to locate a variable for flow. Currently there isn't a function to check the history log of what the last change was, only who made a change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud allows us to add screen flows to aid agents selling to customers. This improves speed of agents actions which reduces our cost to serve. Customisable pages mean you have everything in front of you and don't need multiple windows and tabs to find the related account information.

The ability to track the lifestyle of an Opportunity and the collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to see all the different activities coming together to form the bigger picture.

It connects our Teams allowing them collaborate regardless of time and location. It allows us to deliver the solutions to our customers.

Sales cloud is a very scalable solution which helps companies to store their customer base, contacts, opportunities etc.

More dahsboard related features for Sales which would prove to be low cost. Everything ekse is perfect. No more comments

A very good CRM solution which helps customers to track Leads, Contacts, Opportunities and Make sales. Customers dont have to reply on excels or heavy on prem solutions anymore.

Its basically a toolbox sitting on a powerful data management platform - what uses it ultimately serves are entirely down to the business needs

Implemenation remains a bit painfule - good SI partners are hard to find and Year 1 often doesn't deliver significant value

Currently building it out as an warehouse management system with asset management and path to linking these with sales forecasting

What do you like best about the product?
In VMO2 we have several Salesforce Orgs. Including Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud. We are also currently looking at building a solution on Comms Cloud. Sales Cloud is used in our B2B space and like other instances is a robust solution that supports constant and quick change.

The licensing and usage costsage can be complicated and costly
