Modern, mainstream sales CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is modern and sleek. It has all the features I need in CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrataion with certain apps, like Conga Sign, Five9 and RingCentral, could be better. Salesforce also seems to suffer from latency issues here and there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce enables me to effectively manage my book of business from in iinitial inquiry from new clients to retention of existing clients while integrating with the apps I need to get my job done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Salesforce is a great pick for a sales CRM. It's not perfect, but you can't hope for much better from any other app.

Sales force sales cloud is a popular customer relationship management it automates repetitive tasks, streamlines workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales force sales cloud can be exepnsive especially for small businesses or startups with limited budgets

Sales cloud assists in managing and organizing customer data interactions and communication improving customer relationshps and enhancing customer service.

There are so many functions, sometimes I find it hard to know what reports I can pull

incredibly user friendly and customizable - integrates with nearly every tool you can imagine

certain sfdc implementations may cause a lag which decreases user productivitity

Salesforce sales cloud keeps me on track managing my opportunities and having a granular look into my book of business

Very user friendly, and I like that the information can quickly be shared organization-wide!

Interface seems dated, though easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less paper, ease of access to information, easy to update any necessary fields or reports.
Salesforce Integrations with MuleSoft and ERP
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to make customizations for our very complex individual business units. We are able to deliver value to each sales team by utilizing our Salesforce admins and devs across all projects. We have been able to integrate with other systems such as Five9, NetSuite, DocuSign, and Mulesoft.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very complex and training is intense. It's hard to find Senior admins and devs, most are entry or junior level. Certifications are challenging and expensive. Support is not as responsive as it could be and often provided from off shore members in different time zone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Salesforce we didn't have a united system to hold all our different sales processes across all our business units. Salesforce has allowed us to grow and customize for each business unit to meet their needs. We are constantly enhancing the system.
Really Good Product and Very User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of reporting within the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visually it's a little harder to get an overall snapshot of the account and contacts within Lightning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage our accounts and contacts, along with having a good overview of our sales pipeline.
Overall a very good CRM System
What do you like best about the product?
We use Salesforce to keep track of our accounts. It's super customizable but you need someone who knows how to set things up. Its good to keep overview over accounts and you can easily create different lists with lots of filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the duplicate check does not really work. Often I have to search for duplicates manually, which is pretty annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Salesforce my efficiency would come anywhere near as it is right now. You need some system to keep an overview and see the different standpoints of your prospects, which really helps you with targeting the right prospects at the right time.
Good Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Most important to me is keeping organized. And this tool really helps with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything yet! Some times reporting can be tricky though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of our opportunites and being organized about it. It also helps for planning purposes.
