I like that Salesforce gives us the ability to track client status and which services they currently have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not very modern, makes it kind of difficult to locate specific things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud is helping me better target our client base by allowing me to get up to date lists about our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the platform since it has all the necessary details I need for qualication. It makes me knowledgeable when it comes to prospecting and also makes me easier to work with my leads,
What do you dislike about the product?
I had this experience sometimes it's unresponsive and unable to save logs and initiate tasks and also during conversion, multiple task is created under Account tab and Opportuity tab. My team usually create ticket for this to be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce solved all I need to know when it comes to checking prospects. I have the visibility to check on duplicate leads through Smart Search and it makes more efficient and effective when qualifying prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has so much basic functionality that is needed to help sales reps be efficient in their day to day roles. The User Interface is intuitive and easy to use. Configuring new page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards is all very easy. Salesforce has made Sales Cloud easy to setup and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the advanced functionality desired is not in Sales Cloud and must be purchased separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is used as our company CRM. We are trying to get better about storing all data in Salesforce, so it serves as our single source of truth for customer data.

I must say, the Salesforce Sales Cloud has truly suit an indispensable tool for businesses worldwide when it comes to managing their client relationship tasks. The CRM package it offers boasts a user-friendly interface that I personally chance incredibly light to pilot. What's more, the customizable dashboards and automated workflows experience made my job of head routing and followup emails a air.

I get encountered a few glitches on the way, especially when it comes to announcing updates or relocating components. These modest setbacks can sometimes hinder its overall usefulness.

Nevertheless, I cannot deny how instrumental the Salesforce Sales Cloud has been in managing and resolving our CRM issues. It has significantly reduced our response clip to clients, ensuring a seamless client have and allowing us to maintain our heights standards of client serve.
