What do you like best about the product?
Excellent lead and opportunity tracking warehouse

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to track customer opportunities by size of opportunity and timeline. It is also building a historical database of activity by lead and customer
Very useful, very powerful, very integrated but can get very expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Good platform for creating dashboards and reports for tracking sales funnel from prospect through to client. Dashboard capabilities are good enough for tracking multiple funnel stages, regions, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linking data from various objects within the platform is not very straight-forward; support (client services) is often required when you want to do something more custom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SF Cloud helps us keep track of all sales and allows us to track product lines and services both individually and cumulatively. The dashboard capability enables a visual interpretation of where the organization is against goal at all times.
Easy to use and salesforce always provide trailheads that is very usefull

Easy to use, OOTB processes (flows, VR, lead covertion) , who can be customized very easy so sales team can do it

nothing yet, just some technical improvements like mass profile update but its more related to all sfdc

CRM basically, all our customers are in salesforce and we follow all the lead, opportunity, account, contact process, helping with reports all the data understanding

Learning curve however that was due to our implementation

We're still pretty new to the system so it's basic reporting information right now

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has been the backbone of our organisation. We have been using salesforce for storing customer data, running automation using flows, web to lead, customisations using APEX and every possible feature that helps us running business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the License cost for per user is higher if its lowered than even smaller organizations can also adopt. Even we want to expand but the cost is too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is a integral part of my routine. I am certified in Salesforce and it has helped our organisation in tracking leads, opportunities , accounts, contacts and alot more. I cant even imagine my organisation function without Sales Cloud.

I ususally have my own lead analysis system, in which I see eveything that I need from a lead on a single screen

There is nothing as such in my dislike list, always keeps me upto date with amazing updates which i can think off.

It helps or directs sales excutive to maintain there day to day activity and keep there self upto dated and also they can easly track there performance

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has a lot of great out of the box functionality. We like the ability to customize the software to fit our specific needs. It has helped us alot by automating mundane tasks for our users
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on your needs it might be overkill. The software platform is mulitfaceted and can do a lot. it could be overwhelming if you only need a simple solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its being used as the centralized hub for storing information about our clients. it allows executives from around the company to get insights about our clients regarding which services they are using and where any gaps are in our product offerings.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a fully customized SaaS and Paas platform where it provides many functionalities like CRM(Consumer Relationship Management), SMTP(Simple Mail Transfer Protocol), HTTP(Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Request), CMS(Content Management System), etc. It provides leverage to use their functionality by using drag and drop, and admins settings also in the developer edition we can code and customize most of the functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud sometime takes too much time to load. Also the UI it provides are very simple which is sometime boring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is solving a very big problem nowadays. It gives maximum functionality and charges according to uses, not the size it is taking. it is Saas and Paas as well which gives customization in most of the area.

It is an excellent hub for all commmunication during your interaction with customers.

The training took a little bit and was detailed; however, paid off in the long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a former user and at the time it helped communicate my calls to my team and and tasks that were upcoming during my working hours.
