What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and and full transparency throughout my team for information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few "bugs" we experience with emails not ending up under corrrect opportunities which makes things frustrating as an account manager. I believe this is the Einstein intelligence. Emails from other account managers end up in my opportunity activities that are irrelevant to me. This is due to a high level shared contact. There should be a way to confirm which opportunity emails are to attached to instead of Einstein choosing as it causes much confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving to reduce communication/inquiries from other team members/departments as they can see what items are forecasted to help prepare the business. CRM functions are very useful to keep appointments and follow ups all in one place.

All records can be laid out in seamless order at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our sales process includes multiple parties to a single Sale. SFDC does not have a good way to house that information on the Account object.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single place to store all our prospect and customer interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives you a 360 view of information that you may need to follow through sales and lead management.
It gives you access and full control of your entire sales process no matter how simple or complicated it may be.
The best thing is you can integrate most tools available in the market today to make the interphase a one stop shop for every data you may need in closing a deal.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only offside I can think of is the complexity of implementing and training part of using the tool. Since it's a very robust tool. The knowledge needed to fully maximize the tool is also enormous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to fuss over on how many tools are needed open to fully engage into a single opportunity. But with the upgrade into SF Sales Cloud, it is now easier, I can now access information from any tools that is integrated with it. The faster you get that data, the better for your sales opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using sales cloud for 9 years and are very happy with it. It has a great ecosystem and good training to support it
What do you dislike about the product?
When you negotiate your contract with Salesforce, you need to include everything up front that you think you might need. Otherwise you are going to pay a lot more for features you need to add on later.

Salesforce has us made it so that our sales process is much more transparent

What do you like best about the product?
SalesForce Sales Cloud offers an efficient way to track account pipeline alongside marketing efforts with easily created reporting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to customize so specifically can be overwhelming for a smaller business. Also felt like we were talked into too many licenses to begin our platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesCloud had made us more efficient in tracking our pipeline conversions while allowing visibiilty to executive team. We have increased our number of conversions since beginning our platform a year and a half ago.

What do you like best about the product?
We require a customizable platform that can capture and report on all activity with our clients: In-person events, Webinars, phone calls, and product and service consumption. The salesforce platform and its support organization have proven to be successful partners in achieving that goal and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you stick within out-of-the-box templates, Salesforce is a snap to implement; however, depending on your requirements the learning curve for customization can be steep; the product is not inexpensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The central source of information for recording all client interactions, engagements, and invoicing management.
Overall Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The interaction and usage on the computer interface exceeds expectations. When logging information and genreating reports, it's an excellenet tool. I'm using this every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using Salesforce on your phone, I wish the app was as close to the same interface as the computer version. When I'm on my phone, I'm actually logging in to Salesforce through a web browser, rather than the app, because the web browser is easier to navigate and search for information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Salesforce Sales Cloud is benefitting my daily tasks by offering a simplistic way to log key information about my project opportunities. It's easy to log information and keep it housed for future referencing.

What do you like best about the product?
The basic process flow of Leads to Accounts/contacts to Opportunities to quotes. The abiltiy to modify this basic flow to meet individual business needs. I alos enjoy the reporting funtionality and custome reports ability to get information across objects.

The contraints limiting the ability to create formulas to capture data on ojects that are not related
