What do you like best about the product?
Speed and Agility to adapt to various needs. No code to write and it's all written well in the backend(background)! Needs to a great team to create such an easy to use product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be better and need the ability to customize the screens, gifs and colors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reach outs, Go To Market, segment market, do campaigns easily, etc.

In general, to acquire customers and have conversations with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is extremely flexible and customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any flexible and customizable product, there is a learning curve involved to enable. However, this is a small price to pay for the ability to effectively fit all your customers' business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us effectively manage and track prospects and customers throughout their customer lifecycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce cloud is a very powerful tool that allows you to get all of the data that you need to get evertything operational/
What do you dislike about the product?
Custimzation means time, so if you do not have the time for build out, it will be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made our sales process very fluid and connected with all of our tools to make sure that there was no gaps in the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, Ease of Use, You can access it anywhere anytime with good internet connection, Highly customizable, I can easily get all customer information related to cases, leads and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to update information all the time, unable to detect duplicate records, lots of fields and tabs to select.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to efficiently communicate with prospects and it helps me to easily check on client information

What do you like best about the product?
if the user become the primary id, if they approched for different product it will be foreign Id so i can manage the same user according the needs, and the lead ownership will be with one person instead multiple people calling to the same customer
What do you dislike about the product?
its not very lookrative when given to the client portal access, and taking more time to load if the data cross morethan 1 lakh, that has to be optimized and payment tracking needed little more effiency
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to track the vendor who is giving how many leads and what is their conversion percentage vs. who shared the lead first and who converted that lead among the vendors

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Salesforce is that it is user-friendly, I can easily monitor the opportunities of my reps and at the same time, integrate with different applications such as Zoominfo, Salesloft, and even Gong. I also like the reporting features where I can easily generate reports to see the insights of the sales performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud can be complex, especially for new users. The extensive customization options and feature set may require significant training and onboarding. Also, it is kind of difficult to customize if you do not have permission or if can your access is only limited and not a developer access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opportunity Management and Reports - The reps can easily manage their opportunities with the use of the reports being generated. With a quick view of all of their opportunities, they would have a glimpse of what do they have to prioritize.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales boosts business growth and increases productivity with smart choices through Salesforce Sales. This complete AI-powered platform is a suitable time to automate and scale all income levels for managers and representatives. The corresponding Salesforce Sales features are account and contact control, lead control, workflow, and approvals that monitor revenue form and progress, present detailed contact statistics, and enable effective commenting across multiple devices and online channels. It is very easy to control nurture campaigns for a large number of users. It automates the income technique in stages. It is user-friendly and can be easily equipped with new features that meet the company's needs. It allows updating the company with current and modern gadgets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is unintuitive and has a very poor user interface. It is very expensive, hard to use, and hard to control. The reporting feature can be buggy when it comes to pulling and losing. There are times when the automation fails and returns incorrect statistics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales enables users to manage their customers and control the records of recent prospects. It also allows customers to automate their sales strategies as it allows customers to get enterprise strategies that focus on customer family members. This platform allows clients to have all the statistics of our clients in the company when a salesperson stops working for the agency. Salesforce Sales enables salespeople to target more leads and close deals faster. Salesforce takes into account all the nuances of teamwork, automation, and revenue analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud help in built relationship with customers, manage data efficiently which enhance productivity and increase revenue with less efforts.
Reports and dashboad gives quick insight of business with single click without any coding which is reaaly very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its take some time to reflect on UI the changes we made in pagelayout. Sometimes it take very long time when we deploy things from sandbox to production org. These things need to resolve to enhance the productivity and to reduce time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and dashboard are the best feature which provide quick insight of whole business in one frame and in no time. One can easily monitor the performance of the business and set targets.
