Shorten the lead to close time exponentially! No lead left unturned
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Great visibility to data that can help increase sales. As a leader easy to get metrics of my team
What do you dislike about the product?
Harder for not tech friendly staff. So much to learn sometimes it comes at us too fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too many systems it talking to each other. Holing this brings order and ease of identification of key metrics.
A great tool to pull together a global team
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce enables us to know our customers in a deep and personalized way. In addition, Salesforce Sales Cloud allows us to collaborate internally, quickly view the health of our various team and product pipelines, and effectively manage leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I don't love! I would like to eventually see the ability to report on more than 3 objects in a custom report type and see a more robust integration with Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) as it still feels like these are separate products/platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is allowing me to collect our customer information in one location and then use it to create amazing and personalized experiences for our customers!

What do you like best about the product?
Gathers your order data and customer data. Building a website on the experience platform is helpful to keep all your data and users in one place. Chatter feature is helpful to notify others to look at something within salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting functionality is very basic, making it difficult to aggregate and communicate data. There is limited flexibility for opportunities, programs, and orders. Have to get very detailed regions for it to be effective for our company. Additionally the mobile functionality is really glitchy and difficult to use

Tracking our orders and streamlining the order process. It's allowing our customers to interact with us online.

Sales Cloud makes Sales Cycle simple and faster. Increased ROI due to high adoption because of simple & effective UX

AI for Salescloud is still evolving and with maturity it may really help sales

The user interface is cramped with all of the entry fields. Doesn't give a great view of everything.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best systems out there for advanced CRM administration and Sales management - full visibility into pipeline, Sales activities, and information. I wish every B2B company could use Salesforce as it is purpose-built for B2B and management of large teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rigid Lead to Contact process - may not jive with modern selling process. Expensive to add apps and extend functionality. Unfortunately needs careful customization of record content or using a solution like Rattle to decrease time spent hunting for things. Account mapping for enterprise buying units available via app, but necessary when selling to the enterprise.

Providing visibility into Sales activities and triggering automations based off of manual activities (marrying the human and the technology)

Getting sellers to adopt it and fill in data is a challenge. The UI could be faster and easier to use.
