Salesforce Sales Cloud addresses issues such as data fragmentation, inefficient lead tracking, and limited visibility. By centralizing customer information, it streamlines sales processes, fosters better collaboration, and boosts forecasting accuracy. The platform also helps accelerate deal closures by providing real-time insights and analytics.

Simple hollistic view of different sales objects such a leads and contacts

The myriad of security layers to navigate governance is not easy to navigate

It is a single pane of glass to view all the information related to prospective customers
User-Friendly and Easy to Maintain, but Frequent Refreshes Needed

It's really user-friendly and easily maintained.

Having to refresh to get the latest information

Helps track my opportunities and keeps everything in one place for easy access
Centralized Information and Helpful Notifications, but Reporting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
All the information is conveniently gathered in one place, making it both centralized and well-organized. The notifications are particularly helpful, as they enable agents to stay focused on customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionality could use some improvement, as it becomes challenging to create complex reports when trying to connect data from more than two objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now experience improved service and a stronger connection with our customers.
Great for Lead Management, But Needs Better Email Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how it keeps leads in 1 place and I gain insights into what is next.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, our emails are kept separate from the sales cloud. I would prefer if our organization could integrate these systems so that everything is centralized in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping leads and neweads at the focus and creating a streamline process
Streamlined Pipeline Management, No Platform Complaints
What do you like best about the product?
It makes pipeline management for our sales team much easier. Being able to build and track a proper pipeline enables us to business plan better

Nothing on the actual platform. Where we run into issues is with our own in house management of the tool

Better pipeline management. This allows our sales leaders to make better business decisions
Great Integration with Salesforce Products, but Updates Could Be Fast

The Best thing about sales cloud is that it integrares with the other products of Salesforce and it is easy to work with

I really think Sales force should accelerate the updates and New releases
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the sales pipeline in a way that our sales team could not.
User-Friendly UI and Easy Setup, but Customization Has Limits
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has a straight forward, clean UI out of the box and basic configuration customization is easy for a non-technical person to achieve. Anything beyond that can present a learning curve but the Trailheads are great resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all things, limitations to customization can hinder development. Some examples we’ve specifically encountered include the ability to upload a file and edit it within Salesforce to prevent out of sync versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is helping us set up a single source of truth for end to end selling and order fulfillment.
Salesforce Automates Routine Tasks, Boosting Sales Team Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it automates-the mundane routine tasks like lead assignment, follow-ups, and opportunity tracking, freeing up time for sales teams to focus on closing deals.

We don’t have any dislikes about this service offered from Salesforce

Enhancing customer experience primarily because it gives officers more time to nurture client relationships.
