What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has features that are unmatched by competitors. The abilities to hyper configure our instance according to your sales goals is a productivity accelerator. We have used sales cloud historically and it has served our healthcare industry use case well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud can be a bit expensive, especially if you are a small business. But overall it is a good investment and the team will work with you according to your needs. We have worked with our reps to configure pricing according to our number of employees and scale of customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is impactful to use sales cloud as a crm that allows our sales team to cultivate and close leads into wins. The ability to set up sales cadences is key. This allows salespeople to effectively close leads. The problem it is solving is that we have sales outreach needs and sales cloud allows us to regularly reach out to leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Lightning fast communication internally and externally to assist customers. Appreciate mobile and app connectivity and harmonization globally within my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
External app integrations are costly and difficult to implement. Adoption relies solely on the organization or with external training partners. Would love more enterprise included resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our new projects and opportunities along with sampling, market intelligence, lead management and new prospect leads. Starting to use analytics for S&OP globally for product line management.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Clouds easy to use and highly customizable interface is great for training sales reps to efficiently manage, monitor, and modify leads, opportunities, contacts and more

Salesforce has already implemented AI features into Sales Cloud and now im addicted to how efficient it is. Give us more AI features!

Lead scoring helps prioritize and organize our large amount of lead data

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility it offers to configure or build different solutions accross multiple departments. Also the out of the box features are really nice and offer a lot of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some limitations within the platform, that require Admins to look at code, this can take a lot of time and resources, especially if there aren't developers in the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the sales and marketing more productive and offers them some really good options when it comes to pipeline generation and forecasting. Also the automation you can build.

I appreciate the customizability of Sales Cloud. On multiple occasions, I've been able to tell stakeholders that anything is possible - and it's true!

Limited history tracking. Sometimes difficult to diagnose issues with automation.

Sales Cloud Empowers both Salespeople and Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to implement and configure. With the addition of a few customizations and flows, the UI/UX is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't make dependent text fields from a picklist. If I have a loss reason picklist on Opportunity, I want to force more detail to pop up in the same closed lost modal without code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding new sales people is super easy with the guidance for success helping users along in their tasks and required fields. Task assignment and automation help those users stay on top of their work and reports help them validate their inputs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive it is to use, straight "out of the box".
It's flexible and easy to get started on. The pipeline management makes it stand above the competitors.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and dashboards are fine, but leave a lot to be desired compared to Tableau. Better integration of CRM Analytics would improve this greatly. Additionally, better report management and organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to be streamline our processes greatly and we've seen a significant time savings for our sales members. More productivity means more sales, which is to say that Sales Cloud doesn't get in your way!

Endless possibilities make my job both exciting but never stable.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales pipeline, opportunity management, Account Teams, Sales reports and Dashboards, Account teams splitting revenue. Drives sales and provide 360 view of customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud does not provides analytical abilities to track the trend of the customer. Integration with AI we can capture more behavior of the customer. Data of the customer that comes from different sources can not be combined like how we have in Data cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead score and opportunity pipelines helps the sales rep to talk to the customer in more productive way. Campaigns that we run to promote the products. These campaigns tells us how much revenue was spent and generated and which product and where the leads are coming more from.
