Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up the process of creating the leads and converting them into accounts is a very easy and intuitive experience
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be little more intuitive in using Omni channels and using 3rd party CTI

It solves the usage of creating accounts and making sure the agents are interacting with the right customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s an all-in-one CRM solution that supercharges your sales processes. The interface is intuitive, automation tools are game-changers, and the customizable dashboards give you invaluable insights. Integration with other Salesforce products is a big plus.

While Salesforce Sales Cloud is a powerful CRM, the pricing can be a challenge for smaller businesses. Additionally, the learning curve might be steep for some users, and it can take time to fully harness its capabilities.

I love how easy and accessible it is
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of sales cloud at fetch is the pipeline access. Also since we handle package solutions we utilize the maps feature a lot to determine which communities we can add to our warehouses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about sales cloud but I would say there are some glitches when it comes to the maps. When entering a address sometimes it says it isn't correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud allows our company to store our data and explore new opportunities on one website. I love how there are other apps you can download to improve our success.
Salesforce is a great tool for customization, but can be complicated due to number of clicks.
What do you like best about the product?
Customization is not limited. There is very rarely a time I would have to tell a customer "I can't do it".
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity on deployment and number of clicks.

Great organization. Easy customization. Easy to close deals quickly and get deals approved quickly.

What I like best about it is its comprehensive and user-friendly platform for managing customer relationships and sales processes. The ability to customize and tailor the platform to suit the unique needs of my business is a standout feature.

Cost and complexity can be a challenge especially for smaller businesses looking to adopt sales cloud

Centralization of our data, improving our sales analytics with multiple built in tools
Great Features, but Costly Licensing
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the comprehensive visibility Salesforce Sales Cloud provides, which enables us to identify customers not purchasing additional products, enhancing our offering strategy for a better ROI. I find features like CPQ, coding, opportunity management, and campaign tracking incredibly useful. The decision by our CEO many years ago highlights its market superiority. Integration with tools like Pardot, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud enhances our capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it too challenging to manage the sales pipeline and account mapping effectively. The integration process with other tools like Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, GoToWebinars, and Scribe becomes extremely troublesome without full company buy-in, as we, being just admins, have limited control over the IT requirements. Additionally, the pricing is not affordable, and this significantly impacts our decision-making.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to gain visibility into customers not adding extended warranties, allowing us to offer add-ons for increased ROI.
Generally useful foundation
What do you like best about the product?
Great foundational functionalities to set up for any company starting up. Particularly enjoy the easily customizable lead conversion

Lack support for hierarchical accounts information and reporting.

Various items involving supporting our Sales processes, from capturing leads via our managed packages to establishing our partner contracts.

Efficient and user-friendly CRM software. Streamlines customer management, enhances communication, and improves sales processes. A must-have tool for businesses seeking to enhance customer relationships and boost productivity.

Cost can start becoming an issue with continuous budget shrinkage within Enterprise organizations. The per-user license is not always the most cost effective. Put other options are available.

Drive increase revenue, data driven analytics and increased sales activity verification. Improved business process management and business agility with detailed reporting.

The cloud service really provides convenience for users to access from anywhere and various platforms.

Integration with other softwares need improvement. Data security is another concern, how we protect customer data.
