What do you like best about the product?
Efficient customer service is at the height of our mission. Salesforece Sales Cloud allows us to focus on the heart of our organization: our customers.

It allows my staff to communicate easily and efficiently with customers I have realized the ease of using this product

Provides me a clear insight in sales pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has helped us with our sales pipeline from quote to cash efforts in many ways. We are able to seamlessly deliver our sales quotes and track opportunities easily and in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud requires a significant amount of admin customization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our CRM usage has increased through optimizing our pipeline flow and making the experience easy for our reps

What do you like best about the product?
We are beginning our journey with Salesforce. I am delighted at what I see so far. I am especially fond of the fluidity of the journey. We came from a basic data base.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initiation I to salesforce a bit overwhelming. There was a great deal of non applicable trainings within trailhead. It was hard to figure out where to begin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will assist us with our donor database and allow us to better serve our university. Pulling together many separate data bases into a unified database with knowledge.

Hard to get started and team training can be expensive.

Connecting our team and reducing our need for storing excel files.

Ability to bring customer information and insights into a single platform - also to integrate other systems to provide a seamless experience.

Product is great - salesforce as a whole should treat their customers as a Salesforce customer, not just a sales cloud, marketing cloud, tableau, mulesoft, Slack, data cloud (siloed) customer

Pipeline management, incentive tracking, customer engagement, integration with servicing to connect with sales

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access to information is super helpful and once you learn how to access the information it is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on how it is built out it can be difficult to find what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to account information to help with contract building and sales forecasting.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to quickly build new business flows including auI and ability to have our data in one centralized location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Page layout are still a bit too ridged, ability to make scripting available like something comparable to JavaScript to have more flexibility on field dependency and lessen the amount of diffent page layouts needed if visibility is role dependent.

We were unable to predict our business and see where the field was doing work. Everything was kept in personal spreadsheets.

Costs for liscenses and support and difficult to find the correct information about the product with so many sources aviaalaible online
