What do you like best about the product?
We have extensively used sales cloud in our project
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t see any specific of not used sales cloud whatever business scenario we had we were able to accomplish with it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps address challenges like scattered customer data, poor sales visibility, and manual processes. It brings all customer interactions into one place, automates sales workflows, and uses AI insights to improve forecasting and decision-making. For our organization, this means more productive sales reps, faster deal closures, and a stronger understanding of our customers — ultimately driving revenue growth and efficiency.
Great Prospecting Tools, but Features Can Be Hard to Find

Amazing tools thay allow for prospecting, pitching, and follow-up.

Features are often buried and difficult to know their value and how to configure them

There are a lot of things i like about salesforce sales cloud.
1. Integrates seamlessly with other lead generation systems.
2. Works very well with Revenue Cloud as well as salesforce CPQ.

The out of the box should support or provide control for how many active opportunities should an account have at the moment.

It provides a platform for sales team to nurture leads and convert them to opportunities.
Empowers Customization, But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud has streamlined our data management by moving it into the cloud, keeping it secure. I love the ability to customize fields quickly, which is beneficial for tailoring the CRM to our needs. The integration with Marketing Cloud is very useful, saving us time and facilitating lead nurturing. I think it's a great tool for its customization capabilities, allowing us to adapt it to our unique business requirements.

I would make it cheaper.

I find Salesforce Sales Cloud secures our data in the cloud, ensures clean data updates, identifies opportunities, streamlines quoting, and supports CRM customization for unique organizational needs.

I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud's intuitive UI that simplifies navigation between tasks, making the user experience seamless. Moreover, it efficiently assists our sales team in capturing tweets and converting them into opportunities, further enhancing our ability to manage sales processes.

I think reusing Salesforce Sales Cloud is not something I would recommend to people now.
