Sales Cloud has allowed us to standardize sales processes in addition to developing custom data components for our teams.

Integration can be difficult if the platform isn't well understood. It also helps to have a good data model in mind for your end result.

Git gives us a better view of customers and helps support relationship building.

It provides lots of built in functionalities to start with any application. And it is very to add more with tools such as Flows or Process Builder, approval process

It can be daunting to new users so proper implementation and training are very important to user adoption.

Ability to accurately track the sales pipeline is a must for any business and Sales Cloud makes it very easy.

Maturity and dependability means route to market for new products is quick and therefore really appealing to my customers

Everything is cloud based and can be mined for data. Lots of integrations with many internal products and app exchange products.

Could be easier to customize, such as colors

Connecting the various business processes and having them co located so that we can analyze data
User friendly providing efficient results in timely manner.

The navigation itself is easy to teach. By having some not so tech friendly future users, it helps the making their experience to find the necessary data better.

Because of the amount of data that it's being inserted, it comes to a point that the loading speed decreases.

Group the necessary target audience based on the data that we collect for specific campaigns.
