Sales Cloud is powerful yet user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
We run our entire go to market strategy on Sales Cloud. It is super powerful and the analytics and automation are easy to set up to match exactly what we need to run our business. Very happy with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some core annoyances that have been an issue for many years thatbdo not get the attention they deserve because Salesforce is busy adding new functionality. Sometimes requires additional third party apps to accomplish certain tasks which can get expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us to keep organized and track all contact from and to our customer base.

Consolidated data that is easy and complete.

The sales engagement leaves some to be desired when using as a large scale outbound sales enablement platform

Providing a single place to house the information on the lead. A customer journey
Good Software at a Steep Price
What do you like best about the product?
The sales cloud is incredibly simple to setup and manage. Hiring an integrator is a good idea, but it's entirely realistic to then hand off administration to a moderately tech literate staffer.
What do you dislike about the product?
At standard pricing, it is extremely high. Especially considering integrators, consultants, and internal time needed. Govt, non-profits, and well negotiated contracts can be a heck of a deal though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales visibility is at an all time high. Prior to this software, organizational and client handoffs were a nightmare. Further, management relied on verbal communications more than anything.

We love using Salesforce Sales Cloud because it is feature rich & is so easy to use

Sometimes it can be a little complex to use

What do you like best about the product?
All the information is easily accessible in sales cloud. I love being able to have the entire lead to quote lifecycle in one place

Depending on the customization you have, you have to be very careful with what you build or change to not affect other flows.

Giving visibility and insight into our customers.

Ability to capture and display data for sales growth.

Inability to do everything in Salesforce - you need and "app" for that. It can be clunky for some data capture.

What do you like best about the product?
We used to manage our sales on spreadsheet which versions depend on who made the latest update on the shared file. We authored a lot of macros and our need continued to grow faster than we could update the spreadsheet. Salesforce Sales Cloud simplified the process enabling us to focus on business than managing spreadsheet. Salesforce Sales Cloud enabled a simpler process with a definition data schema. We are excited for the simplicity and enablement to manage our customers, and partners and focused pursuit of new businesses and relationships.

Nothing yet. Maybe we will discover some as our usage matures.
