What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is sleek and easy to navigate, providing me with different graphs to display and share with different teams internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it automatically saved data as & was entering it so I didn't lose work if I get a call etc.

The streamlining of follow up and ability to do it quicker!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be able to customize our entire sales experience. The ability to provide a custom experience based on a unique sales organization. This enables us to enable sales to sell better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of creating custom solutions. I would like to be able to provide these solutions in a quicker way and removing the middle man. I would also like more dynamic style dashboards and reports.

It solves it by being able to work with other tools in our echo system. We're able to utilize the power of salesforce and tools like leandata to do lead matching and routing

Sales cloud makes it easy for sales to track their work and businesses. That helps the company a lot for forcasting.

People have to use it, otherwise it is useless. So change management is key!

Ability to quickly make updates for the stack holders. Spied to market and sales reporting

I would like to see more alerts on when you should be looking at stale data and dashboards not being refreshed to push metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very customizable, so you can make it work for your company no matter the size. I love the forecasting object, and the sales pipeline management tools are very helpful to my sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very intricate and can be hard to learn at first. It takes a lot of training to be able to make it work for your company, but once you are able to learn about it, it works wonders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our sales representatives with time management, and helps our operations team to automate certain tasks that would otherwise take up our sales teams time.
