What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is extremely simple and clean to use. Can be customized to for exactly what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some objects are frustrating. Wish meetings/events were included in activity so you could do stacked activity graph to include all types of activity
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales engagement has been great for our sales teams to enable best practices for our SDR teams. We moved to unlimited and now all users have engagement and dialer which has made reporting much better

What do you like best about the product?
As you are navigating, it is not extremely confusing to figure out where things are. Things are clearly labeled and as you continue to use the interface, it becomes more and more understandable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve to understand verbiage can be a bit tough initially, especially if you are not extremely tech savvy. It is hard to explain which tabs go where and what an object is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud best helps track cases and maintain customer service by allowing users to most quickly and accurately provide streamlined service. This includes using knowledge articles

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a business that has previously relied on several different sources of data, the integration of data has helped our business stay on top of things and prevented things like double entry or data discrepancies
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is a great product out of the box, there are certain aspects of a business that is is not well suited for. for example, my business often does not even know the product it is selling until it has passed through engineering
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps maintain a single source of truth in our data as well as allowing our customer service team and sales team cross reference data and ensure they are always speaking on the same terms

Herding the sales people to update information and ultimately providing accurate forecasts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reps not entering data or keeping info updated.

Keeping information as a source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
Core sales functionality when combined with the eCommerce capabilities of a managed package like Fonteva, brings an edge to the Association Ecosystem as albeit dealing with members, a lot of what transpires requires said core functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once again, when adapted to the Membership and Events Use Cases that Fonteva helps with, there may be instances where the components may clash, therefore requiring additional administrative overhead - yet, asides from these considerations, they make a good match.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Migrating from a traditional On Prem Solution was of course fraught.

However, the possibilities it has opened, the integration with Marketig Cloud and Slack are already making us envision the potential of the migration - now in its third year.

Again flexibility. As needs change, we been able to map processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside has mostly been adoption and learning for new users.

What do you like best about the product?
You're able to track the experience the caller has had to date, including the cases attached to their account. this is incredibly helpful for our sales advisors who want the complete life cycle of the caller.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could see how much money the caller has spent to date and what the chances of conversion for a certain type of interaction. Agentforce could be implemented for how much they're anticipated to spend with the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to know more about our caller. It's an amazing system for CRM

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to receive payments faster. The integration is seamless. Ability to add multiple payment options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Branding and integrating with in-house services where the existing process are not mature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to close the deals from initiation to order processing. Managing all customer accounts in a single place and generate reports.

Actually we have no clue about who are the leads who are the prospects who are the potential customers. No follow ups. Sales Cloud is helping to go through this
