Only Cloud You Need
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud allows sales operations to be able to view sales reps pipeline efficiently compared to any other crm tool or excel. It allows us to dive in deeper and provide better analysis to help the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it allowed me to get deeper with forecasting capabilities. Clari is the runner up so if there can be a better intergration between the products that be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to be able to have visibility into pipeline and helps us understand the data better in order to support the business and grow it. It's helpful enough ti be able to do best of both worlds

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use flow and automations to make out clients life earlier.
It's so user friendly and the best part is the a lot of the automations can be done through point and click.

What do you dislike about the product?
I like most of the things but something it can be buggy and takes longer to load. Email to case is very hard to debug and same for web to case. Debugging is hard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is solving the our date management problem. It helps us arrange the data the way we want and give acces to the jars keeping securing the primary focus

The feature set and the UI is simple to use and help agents to resolve customer issues.

More self service and AI features should be rolled out.

Lead conversation is something we are using the platform for.

The UI is fairly easy to navigate, and I like how the dashboard presents data

I wish I could find more clear use case differences between sales cloud and other Salesforce dashboard products such as Tableau

I believe the sales cloud helps our team with deal management and opportunity mapping which is a real need for our company

The cost of the Sales Cloud is slightly higher than competitors but how easily it integrates is worth the additional spend to a competitor

There isn't many dislikes, but if you don't know how to use it, you don't know all it can do

I like how it makes easier to manage our accounts, to follow-up oportunities and work with reports and dashboards. I also like that we can manage each sales executive account plan.

I dislike some views of the dashboards and reports. I would like some others layouts. The rest It is OK.

We can see and manage all kind of opportunities and check the account plan.
Sales cloud is the bases for a ever growing business
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that as sales grows and evolves our sales cloud instances is capable of keeping up with the new strategies and provide extra tools to keep our business ahead of the game.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly it sucks in your company into a system that is hard to get out of. I'm not sure if this is a bad thing or just genius in keep business clients but ultimately they need a way to transition from salesforce if they want.

Keeping us true to a process enabling success for anyone who in our instance and providing a structured environment for our sales team to make repeatable results.
