What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, a lot of support, the trail support is incredible

Still have a lot to learn, maybe need one to one meetings with experts

Possibility to find opportunities, create new sky's pipeline
Robust tool, challenging UI when trying stay out of the box
What do you like best about the product?
The capability set SF sales cloud offers is second to none. I've used Dynamics CRM in the past but Salesforce stays ahead more than Microsoft from my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me as a product manager the main drawbacks are :
- inability or limited experimentation tools for user engagement
- the user interface is very click heavy and requires a lot of clicks to navigate around if you stay out of the box.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is used by our mortgage team to manage their relationships with clients and real estate agents. We leverage it for activity Mgmt, communications, etc.
We could enable omni Chanel and integrate with marketing and captured all leads

Integration and analytics with existing enterprise systems

Sometimes lot of customization to integrate with legacy

There is always a resource available if you’re in a pinch!

If your org is too custom, you can't utilize the standard help support because of the customization

A bit difficult to onboard new users... especially more seasoned members of the team/company.

Sales cloud provides a wealth of features and a flexible data model to meet your specific business needs. Their best practices out of the box should help accelerate anyone's sales automation journey.

Almost too many features to keep up with. It's also only as good as the data you are able to put into the solutikn

Activity, opportunity, lead and account management. It provides a single location for us to keep track of the interactions our teams have with our customers.

Nothing of substance disliked. Although the "XYZ- cloud" naming convention is a bit much with so many cloud products. (Typed as I sit awaiting Revenue "Cloud" session)

What do you like best about the product?
The best factor about sales cloud for the work I do is the ability to have so many custom record types and tracking 5h3 connections between different contacts and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whole there is not anything I consider to dislike, the input of AI in the sales cloud could be a huge help in the work I do.

It is allowing us to process student applicants to our institution quickly and effectively to allow us to get offers out to applicants as fast as possible
