Sales Cloud keeps our sales team moving!

What do you like best about the product?
Our company loves using Salesforce Sales Cloud to manage our opportunities and pipeline and customer interactions. It is easy to use and get started. Entering opportunities and making updates is easy and intuitive. Account management allows our sales team to track and monitor customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
My sales team has not had great experiences using CPQ for Sales Cloud. I do not think it's very straight forward and seems confusing for users. I think user experience improvements can be made specifically for CPQ
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Sales Cloud solves for us is opportunity and pipeline management. It is a great tool for this. It benefits the company to know what deals we have that will close so we can make business decisions accordingly. We also use it to know our customers and their vital information. It is a one stop shop for that.

I don't see any issues with the product, I believe it works for our team

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use user friendly and covers all busines aspect of sales lifecycle
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be faster on lightning UI. The performamce should be improved

What do you like best about the product?
Lead, Account, and Opportunity management are great, Einstein features, especially the new generative AI are very exciting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many of the features that make Salesforce truly great are cost-prohibitive for smaller accounts. A better model would be to charge based on a scale so larger companies pay more due to their higher volumes and smaller companies get the features in enterprise or platinum and as they grow their costs will increase based on usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud helps us effectively manage our opportunities and pipeline. COnsolidating our sales knowledge into one location to effectively advance sales through a structured, repeatable process.

Sometimes slow or buggy, takes a while to load pages sometimes and I get the dreaded blue processing wheel...

Salescloud keeps it all in one place

What do you like best about the product?
The sales cloud allows for the entire sales and client management teams to collaborate and track everything in one spot with very little customization needed. It truly makes their jobs easier
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sales Cloud is wonderful but it does require a lot of deeper development work from the Salesforce team to maintain. That could be because our teams are very demanding but it's where most of our time is spent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forecasting, pipeline reporting and all forms of tracking is the primary things we are doing but as we have developed more inside of Salesforce, we are always looking to integrate further.

What do you like best about the product?
I wanted to express my gratitude for the adaptability of Salesforce. It has been instrumental in enabling us to customize fields and requirements based on the specific needs of different roles within our organization. After transitioning from HubSpot almost a year ago, we have made several modifications to ensure that the necessary data aligns with our business objectives. In general, the level of customization offered by Salesforce is beyond impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be personal, but sometimes our ability to make changes is restricted by management or administration. I guess a plus for Directors and Managers where they have a little more control on what sales or others are aloud to do. I just find that it does delay what I am doing while I wait for approval.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps me updated and track the next steps needed for a prospect.
