Versatile Sales Cloud: Great Customization, But Seller-Focused Design
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has been our bread and butter customized for a variety of industry applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud is designed for sellers, we have customized it for wealth management and recruiting and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are helping our users keep track of investor activity and relationship management.
Easy to Use with a Great, Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
This software is very easy to use, with a great and intuitive user interface. It offers plenty of customization options, which fit all my use cases and forecasting needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to navigate and easy to get lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using it for Pipeline management and account and opportunity team management. Being able to keep track of who is working what deals and where they are is helpful
Great for Lead Nurturing, Needs Better De-Duplication
What do you like best about the product?
Lead nurturing opportunity management and working through accounts contacts leads opportunities contracts territory management
What do you dislike about the product?
De-duplication can be more robust to identify the duplication of leads and contacts

Account generation closing deals conversion of lead to accounts and contacts
Boosted Pipeline Visibility and Streamlined Sales Processes
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Salesforce Sales Cloud provides comprehensive visibility into our sales pipeline, which is crucial for our CROs to monitor pipeline status at any time. I appreciate how it streamlines our sales processes across the organization and integrates various teams and software offerings effectively.

I find that Salesforce Sales Cloud streamlines our sales process, enhancing pipeline visibility across teams and platforms, which is crucial for our business.

Manageming sales and streamlining pipeline. I love it
Great Interface and Automation, but Sales Cloud Needs More Updates
What do you like best about the product?
I like Sales Cloud Lightning interface, Reports and Dashboards, and automation using Flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
If feel like Salesforce is putting more emphasis and attention on Agentforce and not doing a lot of initiatives and new features on Sales Cloud. A Dark Mode/Theme is a welcome feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the company's sales funnel (Leads, Lead Conversion, Opportunities). Since my company requires a lot of documents, using Salesforce and Sales Cloud to integrate with external systems like Heroku, Amazon S3, etc. is one of the most important reason that our company utilizes Salesforce.

I wish there was a really good way to know native features

Right now I wish it was helping us more. I wish I knew more about native functionality to get more out of it
Great Automation, but Steep Learning Curve for New Sales Users

The ability to automate your pipeline and minimize manual effort is a significant advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
While setup is logical, for sales people new with the product it takes time to get familiar with it.

We are able to reduce the mental load on our account managers by providing them with the right insights at the right time. This timely access to information helps them focus better and make more informed decisions.
Highly Customizable, Easy for Admins

I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for its role in sales management, logging activities, and streamlining tasks, which help with meeting preparation. The customization and usability for admins are particularly easy, enhancing my overall experience.
