What do you like best about the product?
Crm. I like being able to contact all of my potential customers. I like the Forecasting model.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not knowing what else is available. I have been a customer of sales force for many years. I do not know what else is available that is included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales force clouds allows me to have better contact with my customers. Potential do not drop in the process.

We just went live on sales cloud last week and started using product. Too early to make comment

What do you like best about the product?
It helps our advisors nurture leads and creates manage close opportunities with their prospects and clients. As well as manage all client interactions.

User Interface could be a little better but the functionality is outstanding.

Sales Cloud has helped our team drive efficiency and track and predict revenue and ROI in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
The sales process is extremely helpful when streamlining business processes and getting our team aligned with goals. The stage bar on opportunities is the baseline for revenue prediction and pipeline management, as well as the ability to create reports and dashboards to report on and r predict revenue and pipelines. Our organization uses sales cloud as the basis of our salesforce instance, and it is extremely helpful in the day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are updates I wish were implemented faster. For instance, not being able to build a report that shows only the most recent and upcoming task is an iteration I wish was implemented quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reports and dashboards and keeping users in salesforce, not in excel. The capabilities sales cloud removes the need for excel sheets and data being stored offline or in fundraisers' heads. Sales Cloud keeps data live and variable, and allows me to report on the data and build out solutions to business problems that can be documented and applied organization wide.

It is connected with Service Cloud and the echo system of Salesforce Cloud multi platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I am a new user, so my expertise is growing exponentially with experience. Biggest impact item right off the bat is integration with Outlook. This has enabled me to increase my informational throughput into our CRM system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many fields that are not relevant for me, although this was also true of my last system.
This may be a configurable fix, but I have not figured that out yet.

To be determined for me as an individual contributor, but one of our executives indicated last week that they are already seeing the benefits of better visibility.
