What do you like best about the product?
The user experience. Make it easy for the account manager to log customer information so we can have a better service for our customers.

The Learning process to build the platform

Working on the customer as a team. Together with the service cloud we can build the customer 360 and share information.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud brings together automation and data for a more efficient use of my time, streamlining my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when sending emails, the format comes out unflattering on different platforms (more of an aesthetic issue)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation saves my team alot of time, and being able to have accurate and informative data when I need it

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and all sales are using it. It's very interesting.

Many details which sales feel are too much to use.

Storing all contacts updated information, forecasting.
Quick implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Low code/no code features for simple and fast implementations. As a government service provider we need quick turn solutions, that are easily used for our end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
License structure is not as cost effective for short term rapid ramp projects, as there is no month to month option.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud provides the foundation for a 360 view of the customer. Using Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities provide a foundation while newer products like Sales Engagement provide enriched data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Standard forecasting is ok, but I am having a challenge around answering more detailed business questions such as "What did I win that wasn't forecasted?" or "How did the forecast change over the month?"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forecasting. Sales Cloud was the driver to get forecasts out of spreadsheets and into a system. It helped provide accessibility and reportability to the forecast.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpfull features are leads and opportunities. Certainly how everything starts with lead capturing and can end in a closed won opportunity. This flow is realy captured well in SF.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me the standard campaign functionality offers not enough around subscrpitons to emails. You always need other tools for opt in and opt out of e-mails which is a pitty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing all data in one place. Have a 360 view of all contacts and everyone involved in all deals. Also capturing all leads in one place from all different websites.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has helped us manage the various aspects of our organization since 2011. Our organization has been growing and changing and Sales Cloud has been able to keep with documenting that work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most Salesforce innovations are now added to other clouds, but that is not an issue with the Sales product itself. It's just other resources are available in other modes.

Managing contacts and information related to the items we help our partners with.

Simplicity in understanding, easiness with what you can make it a centre of operations for the company
