Great, Flexible Product with amazing support
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has so many great features already built out of the box plus an amazing level of customization to fit your unique business needs and process. There is an impressive amount of free resources available to learn how to manage the system - anyone can learn how to configure it, which is not something I have seen from any other CRMs. The amount of integrations available to other tools and even other Salesforce products are much better than competitors. With constant releases flowing, they improve the features multiple times a year with great documentation and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features are a good start for analytics but they don't fulfill the advanced analytics that many sophisticated teams require, especially when it comes to historical trending comparisons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having Salesforce enables a standard approach to sales/marketing so teams can have an aligned process, work better together and adapt swiftly.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is so helpful to keep track of sales and future opportunities from a client management perspective. The reporting functionality and dashboards are very helpful to filter and get the information I need in a centralized place and customize to my needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization can sometimes make it difficult to upskill others quickly due to the wide array of options there are and causes some additional nuances to any out of the box training
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management and business development, sales tracking and client relationship management including relationship mapping and client account planning... it helps with it all!
Easy to use lead and opportunity management
What do you like best about the product?
It is quick and easy to get started and set up with all the out of the box features. Easy to manage leads and convert to opportunities and check for duplicate accounts. Opportunities allow splits so easy to collaborate with team members. Can easily monitor pipeline and forecast and customize for business requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more customizations for forecasts.

Keeps track of data and no longer in silos.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce at its best when it makes things extremely easily to customize to your business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you hit a feature or something Salesforce doesn't offer attempting to build it yourself can be extremely difficult or outright impossible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized database of storing all info about customers/clients likewise automation of emails and other reminders is extremely helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a modern platform that is easy to develop with and easy to explain to stakeholders. We consider it a part of the future, and the organization will continue to grow along with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for a smaller org is fairly prohibitive. It also seems to follow a process of adding products and services for additional cost, or it requires the involvenment of numerous partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving our teams a 360 view of our customers, which they haven't had prior. This should deepen customer insights as well as enable better processes and workflows.

Upsides for using Sales Cloud mainly revolve around access and customization options for object schema to optimize the sales process for pur AEs

Wish more Sales Cloud add ons were included in the main package/license
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the all in one experience of bringing together multiple resources like Enablement, Coaching, insights etc that previously were spread across our tech stack

What do you like best about the product?
The best because it helps my team shorten deal cycles. Overall, we've seen an uptick in conversion rates and a larger deal size. Needed some time to figure out how it works but very helpful post learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Short and simple, needed some time to roll out to my team and train them on it. Multiple clicks are needed but so it goes with Salesforce - nothing you can't overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a management perspective, it's been been very helpful for the enablement and process of our growing org. Multiple uses that we've used in deal flow and enablement.
