What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud keeps us on top of our opportunities, lead gen and revenue planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more our sales team use Sales Cloud, the better the tool. The key is getting that usage.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce cloud has the capability to help all small businesses grow. Easy to learn and with high capabilities to use it to expand and organize the work and customer contact. One should put an effort to get in mind set, but it pays off. For large scale work, it needs proper experts.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have cases that are both edge cases and extra feature requests so we need to leverage different teams just to be able to meet business demands which is sometimes exhausting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It grants us a tool and even better - a platform, on which to build our use cases. We can more easily comunicate with customers and predict when an action is needed.

Data in your Fingertips, same date for everyone. Lot of ready made things that help of configurating and userinterface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant find anything that i could mention here, maybe ready made Dashboards

Not thing as of now , but if you are able to bring unofficial sf features in sf it will be good

What do you like best about the product?
All standard processes available, e.g., lead and opportunity management. Highlight customizable to meet business needs. Extension of data model very easy. Possibility to create automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, a sales employee can only be assigned with one role in the Opportunity Team. This often leads to problems, as people often need to be assigned multiple times. Additionally, the Quote Document is not sufficiently customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the Sales Cloud, it is possible to have all your data in one place and thus achieve a 360-degree view of the customer. It also allows you to track the journey from lead through conversion to opportunity.

What do you like best about the product?
AI insights and the ability to have pipeline and lead management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to handle incorrectly inputted data, leading to poor quality that does not help management nor the sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines the ability to create leads that can lead to possible business opportunities down the road for the client. Boosting business performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface that our global sales team loves. We have repeatedly had sales people tell us that they have been able to figure out the toll on their own or they do an internet search if needed. It's amazing to see the team be self sufficient because they like the change.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sales Cloud does not fully support the semiconductor industry with the ability to group products by socket. So we had to do some customization to enable this functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were on a very old CRM system. Salesforce has helped us modernize our technology landscape so we can utilize best in class innovation.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce makes it easy for our company to service our customers and really aids us to build the customer 360 view. It's allowed us to reduce overall clicks and reduce call time as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions might be difficult for smaller companies to justify as it can be costly especially for many offerings that are more add-on features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer 360 view...this benefits our employees to assist customers faster. They know why they are calling based on seeing other communications on different channels etc.
