What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps our nonprofit enroll low income families to federal and state service programs from the southeast area of Los Angeles county. We are able to track the service progress of clients and follow up on case management issues. Sales Cloud allow us to identify prospects and move them to contacts and then to enrolled clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud has too many options. Sometimes it's difficult to devlope the sales forms and intake process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us move people from prospects to clients

What do you like best about the product?
Combined with NPSP, Sales Cloud gives our fundraisers the ability to track donations and grants in an organized manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability you customize the platform makes it so there are few drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get s full picture of our donors interactions with the org by making Salesforce our single source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Salesforce Sales Cloud daily allows me to organize, manage and allocate my time efficiently while being effective in my work. I am able to share and collaborate with my team continuously to make sure all are working towards the same goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has evolved for so many years and has become more complex with time. It has taken a long time to become lightly savvy on the platform. Unfortunately, I still need to deliver on my responsibilities so my time is limited. Training has always been performed by my employers so they also have limited knowledge. So, in summary, I dislike the complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our team to keep track of our accounts and opportunities. I believe we can do a better job at using it for leads and activity in each record. The business continues to evolve, so hopefully it will improve over time.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud allowed our sales team to streamline our process by being able to bring patient data from our PMS which allowed us to measure ROI's for all sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had issues with user adoption as most end-users complained that it's too complicated to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring ROI's for all sales activity.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is the integrate view of the sales funnel and the reports you can get from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is not a dislike but the basic reporting some times doesn't give you the granularity you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem sales cloud addresses is the centralized customer information and sales opportunities of that customer

What do you like best about the product?
It is important to provide data to customers as fast as possible and accurately. With proper login and monitoring we can have it secure. Easy to use and devople with low code
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more tools to secure the platform. Reports provided by tools are not very usable. Permissions need to be properly setup. For backup need to buy additional solutions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business has been productive, reduced time when communicating with customers and dealers

What do you like best about the product?
I like that multiple departments are able to utilize sales cloud and maximize work load while doing it.our acquisitions rep love sales cloud and are ready to learn more of what it has to offer to increase efficiency
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you do not know what all your org has access to. Salesforce should add a org check feature so that admin are able to see exactly what features are active versus inactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing the lead intake and acquisition reps to stay organized and stay on top of leads, prospects, and appointments while being able to push those deals where needed

What do you like best about the product?
Sfdc as a CRM feels like someone did their homework. The platform is intuitive, easy to follow From the least tech Savvy to the expert. I also appreciate the customization options to align the platform to the specific needs of the business
What do you dislike about the product?
Some gaps on forecasting for base products. Still need to work on a more out of the box solution for this type of business process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage my contact information in one location. Ability to manage pipeline and forecasting in one platform

What do you like best about the product?
Though Salesforce Sales Cloud has matured over the years, however I been using it from years.
What I like is quick setup time, scale as you go and easy configuration makes ideal choice
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, probably it can improve it's pricing to be more cost effective
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very orchestrated sales process, the platform helps us to to make the whole process simpler
