Salesforce Sales Cloud for Utilities

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity in configuring flows to complete a contract. From lead knowledge to customer retention, the entire process can be managed simply and quickly by the user who uses the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations of the system when it comes to the parallel management of multiple contracts. Some translations from English to Italian that are not correct. The cost to customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is able to manage the customer with a 360-degree view, having all the history of the customer's processes and requests under control from a simple screen.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is a tool that makes sales easy and comprehensive. Also it allows for great customization and that is a strong point in the industry. The versatility and the easy of use for me are really important
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the standard elekents that are included are limited and customizing is a bit more complex. With continuos expansion of the standard elements of sales cloud this could be improved and it is improvinn with every release adding more and more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows with much easy to prepare a sales plan and sales path for the products. Through the use of its opportunity object and thr salespath, the whole sales structure is constructed with little effort. It allows the use in a wide variety of industries with need of little change.

What do you like best about the product?
The standard feature, them can cover the most of the use case and can be extended if necessary with custom feature.
Sales cloud can cover the most of requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the Moment i can't find nothing that is not working as expected, for sure the expetation from the final user is that this module in the future can integrate more feature in order ti reduce custom code
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help us to satisfy the most of the requirement, for sure every client is different, but the actual offered solution is helping is in our system integrator work

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to allow a company to have full control over the entire sales process, to help sellers to dedicate time to the development of the relationship and to speed up and automatize the not value-added activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations regarding products and price lists that can be managed only with a CPQ products. I'm not saying to include the whole CPQ functionalities in Sales but make it a bit more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow sellers to have a unique view of the entire process, mobilize the process and have a fast reporting tool for planning daily activities driven by data and relevance

Build your processes with drag-and-drop simplicity. Automate complex sales processes. High customization possible to build solutions based on business requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring and customizing the platform to specific busines needs can be complex and hard to maintain.It has a steep learning curve, with a lot of features and functions to understand and navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps companies sell smarter, faster and more efficiently by providing everything the sales teams need on one integrated platform, like manage, monitor and automate sales processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the most how it is found useful for the business users I help as a consultant, it summarizes all functionalities in a spot
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people get stuck in pages (elder users) and can't find the way back
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is connecting more sistems (as billing or metering systems) and still giving the idea that all is in the users' hands. Sales user has performed in much better way after the adoption

What do you like best about the product?
Having all client and sales information in few screens, supporting the opportunity management process from the start to the finalization
What do you dislike about the product?
field dependency and input vaildation isn't always very clear. A capability to quikcly search for data in a scren would be a benefit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our opty and sales process is very complex, involving several departments. Sales cloud helps us to keep all actors posted on the process
