Cost for smaller businesses or startups with limited budgets, Integration with existing systems or third-party applications can sometimes be complex and the multitude of features and customization options can be overwhelming for some users

Salesforce Sales Cloud addresses several common challenges in sales and customer relationship management, and its benefits can be substantial for businesses. Improved visibility into customer interactions and history, increased efficiency in lead qualification and conversion, improved sales team productivity and time management, etc...

Good product to reduce time to market and to standardize Sales processes
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps to standardize the Sales process related the opportunity lifecycle, forcasting and dashboarding. With a simple product catalogue was easy to have the possibility to aggregate data from product point of view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud should have a more powerfull document composer to produce documentation related the sales processes because generally it is required to use an external tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solved issue about a gap on Sales processes standardization, each Sales Rep. uses extra system tool like excel. Now all Sales teams using Sales Cloud gived a feedback of a guided solution.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is quick to set up and easily adapts to the different types of customers I find myself working with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Non-productive sandboxes are very limited and for small customers who do not have a very large budget available it is difficult to structure integrated environments

Salesforce Sales Cloud as a CRM is complete and the features present adapt easily to customers

It is very good as a customer to have everything in one place, it is very organized and easy to configure.

Sometimes there are small errors which blocks users from using the system

To have all data in one place which are all linked together and they are easy to access

when the need arises to analyze an anomaly linked to visibility rules, a lot of time is wasted searching for the affected actor

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to have constantly updated customer data, and helps speed up the contracting process, making it smooth and very fast. It enables you to have views on the entire management focused on a group within a single, easily consultable dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The view reported for each individual account or contact could be made easier to consult and less scattered. If we are dealing with a very large client, it might be difficult to find what we are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to consult updated data for each individual account/contact present and the processes created within it. Additionally, it allows a group to have an immediate view of ongoing activities.
