What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to relate the various touch points over the life cycle of a contract in Salesforce. The best thing is that it's native and no code is necessary!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish list views were more flexible. I wish it were easier to relate across objects for reports and dashboards. If it were easier to migrate to lightning, we would have migrated years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides one place for sales staff to manage their sales engagements and transactions. Automated internal and external service and support teams. E use cases to track efforts in 11 different areas.

All data in one place, reporting is easy, and it has integrated into our storefront.

What do you dislike about the product?
Classic and lightning are so different it's hard to get the team to adopt. Also, we built so many custom objects and fields in the past it is getting hard to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All data in once place. And tracking what our team is doing when. It also helps us run detailed reports on what our students are doing. Valuable insight into the communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Salescloud has a Simple user interface that is intuitive to the end user. It has all information available for sales team to aggressively pursue revenue opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing is very expensive per user. Currently we aren't using sales cloud as system of record for all customer data, I would like to see an easy way to centralize the customer data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales cloud is assisting us in managing pipeline. It is also improving our lead conversion. Best of all we embed custom solutions for pricing and rfp management.

No email to lead feature. We need it so we can generate leads using email alerts from external websites.

It has streamlined our business processes in Lead Conversation.

Sub tabs on the saleconsole really helps to drive quickly to the tabs

Not much, pretty much everything as I expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many but will say one sub tabs functionality, user doesn't need to go the nee tabs each time if the record is related to the same record that opened.

What do you like best about the product?
Within the Sales Cloud, many objects and topics that a company's sales department has to deal with on a daily basis are already available. Lead management, opportunity management and collaboration among colleagues have already been well thought out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the Sales Cloud shows a few weak points in one or two places. The Quote Document, which can be sent to the customer, is unfortunately not very customizable. Also, it is sometimes necessary to create quotes in different currencies. However, this is not possible under the same opportunity. This leads to additional work for the sales department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sales Cloud helps us to create an overview of our customer and to include all aspects at a glance. This saves us a lot of time and we can always see the current status at a glance.

Sometimes can feel rigid because of our of the box features.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is not only CRM product. We use it beyond CRM due to flexibility of the product. Using custom objects we use it for quota management, request RFPs and Sales support all through CRM

Limited time you can keep history of changes in record. Post that it will remove those data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's deeply integrated with All Sales applications using it from comp management and sales support and opportunity management and fine reporting. Event planning etc

What do you like best about the product?
Possibility to manage leads, accounts, opportunities and orders in the best way and in the minimum time using just standard out od the box components.
I find also amazing the integration with Einstein to analyze and control revenuw inside the company.

I don't like all the limitation of the tool, for a client with million customers is not so easy to manage all the data

Is helping customers to enable and automatize sales inside the company with a friendly and simply understandable User Interface. For me, as Salesforce Consultant, It's easy to sponsor such a well-made product

What do you like best about the product?
Lead generation tools like web-to-lead are very useful and it makes a huge difference in customer acquisition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Administration work can get really complex. Especially having multiple layers of permissions (profiles, permission sets, etc.) is complicating the setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep all the customer data in one place even before they become customers. The whole history of the customer with the company and its journey through the sales process is accessible at the tip of your fingers.
