What do you like best about the product?
The platform can help you to fully optimize your sales efforts impacts. Salesforce is constantly innovating and driving change.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general there are very few issues that can't be overcome with training!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this tool to manage dealer interactions and sales lead distribution.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud allows a business to keep track of everything that relates to the customer experience within the sales process and the customer maintenance process as well. Customer 360 was one of the greatest things to happen to Sales Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a stand alone it's just ok. Needs the whole 360 complement to really have the great functionality that it proclaims to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead scoring and email tracking help to keep the sales funnel flowing.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of training and use for new users makes Sales Cloud so useful for us. We are able to easily get users acquainted with the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization in the Sales cloud can sometimes get overwhelming for admins to build.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all our data is one place is crucial for management teams for decision making. Sales cloud makes this possible for us.

What do you like best about the product?
My sales team can easily track their sales activities. It gives them everything they need to manage their sales activities. We are use this platform to manage all our accounts, their contacts, opportunity, pipeline, and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were more resources just catered to sales team where using Salesforce was made very simple and easy to learn. I have seen sales team struggle in functionality sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets us see all Sales related data in one place. We have integrated back with our ERP and it helps our sales teams plan and function. Management is heavily dependent on it.

Reporting needs some updates - provide more pre built reports around product and forecasting

What do you like best about the product?
The upside is that Salesforce Sales Cloud drives a source of truth for all of our company's GTM activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are that it takes longer than desired to drive record/field changes in our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is driving consistent sales behavior by our field. It is the north star we point to to positively change seller behavior.

Cost of the licences are quite expensive

What do you like best about the product?
There are many automation options to choose from to make the user experience more enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform itself has limits which makes it difficult for an admin to achieve some company requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead conversion mapping helps us when the record becomes an opportunity. The vital information pertaining to that person/business can be mapped over.

What do you like best about the product?
UI easy to use. Forecasting easy. Pipeline generation critical to my role.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many dependencies and fields someone needs to utilize to update sales oops. I wish that stages were easier to use in my daily activity when I'm updating my fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is my single source of truth when it comes to my daily forecasting and opportunity management. I find that opportunities are easier to track and manage.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, can find everything at one place. Love the chat function that makes it easier to connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets difficult to login, but overall when I am able to login everyghing works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Salesforce cloud I have an assured up-to-the minute access to my applications, zero down time and so I am able to help my CRM customers.
