What do you like best about the product?
Core platform UI and UX. Flexibility for admins to configure rather than expensive developers. Automation capabilities based on business process. Integration options are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is lacking. Reporting needs a Line Bar chart badly. It also needs the ability to add more than one chart to a report. Reporting needs a way to create a custom column in a report that is a CASE statement too.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales processes in general. We are solving the true sales process from lead qualification to oppt management to acct retention. We are also excited about rolling out cadences and call scripts for BDRs, which is challenging mktg automation (in a good way).

Allowing out users to access all the information they need in their lead process

We are using sales cloud to build out our sales planning and quota management structure
Single view for Sales leadership
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud allows us to have a consolidated view of opportunities and pipelines and enables us to present a single view of reports and dashboards to the leadership team for better forecasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a sales cloud issue, but sellers for one reason or another is not adopting the tool as quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipelines, forecasting, opportunity management.
It is customizable and can be user friendly with some updates

A lot of the loan entry is fairly user friendly. I like that it allows you to store business & personal financials in Doc Manager

There are a lot of differnt "places" to go find information so for new users that can be very overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is our commercial lending system. It is more user friendly than the last system we had in place which is definitely more beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud enables our global sales staff to converter opportunities to sales. Our growth and global sales is fully integrated in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the desired features may take a while to get implemented. Would also appreciate a bit more flexibility within the differen licensing and subscription models.

It supports out global sales process. It gives us insight on forecasts and pipeline management.

Great tool to store sales data and use them in other tools in order to give the right answer at the right time to the customer.

You can keep all information and data of your customers at 1 place. And the integrationist other tools is very useful

Nothing special. All things you can do with it are great

Leads that are coming in from the website or other channels are now automatically integrated into Salesforce. And we can assign it to the right team

Too little integration with outlook and so many features it can become overwhelming

What do you like best about the product?
Lead Management tools are really useful. And I like the added reporting and dashboard features.

Some of the forecasting tools have a learning curve.

Managing leads in our external system was a challenge and moving to Sales cloud has made it much easier.
