Easier than expected to get set up and deployed
What do you like best about the product?
The out of the box Experience was way better than expected! We were able to deploy to our sales team in just over a month from purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some setup still has to be completed in classic screens rather than all on the lightning experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one source of truth for all our data.

Number 1 CRM out there, it is a market leader for a reason.

Too easy for non-technical users to make meta data changes early in a company's adoption that will haunt the org for years to come.

Helping our sales teams sell, as well as enabling various other departments too.

Nothing as such based on my experience so far especially as SFDC is baking more AI aspects

We increase productivity and automate processes for our team using sales cloud everyday! It's our "one place" for all of our sales data!

Some things aren't as customizable as I would like them to be.

We use it to track leads through campaigns. It's easy to track a lead all the way through a closed deal.

We use the non profit version so I'm not sure what features I am missing out in!

Gives you everything you need out of the box to be able to quickly scale and release your solution. Can be quickly connected to service cloud to create an end to end process for your business

Price books and price book entries have a long way to go before the are actually functional for real business scenarios. CPQ can be added on to help but that then drives up cost

Leads are huge. Being up to quickly scale lead management and tie into web forms is huge and helps the business gain valuable prospects for selling our products
