What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it gives me a complete view of my customers, making it easy to manage all interactions in one place. The customizable dashboards and reports help me track my performance, and the automation features save a ton of time by handling repetitive tasks like follow-ups. I also love how it integrates with other tools we use and how I can access everything on the go with the mobile app. Plus, the AI-powered insights from Salesforce Einstein are great for helping me make better decisions, and the platform scales easily as our business grows.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main challenges with Salesforce Sales Cloud is its complexity, particularly during setup and customization, which can be overwhelming without technical expertise. There’s also a steep learning curve for new users, and the platform can be expensive, especially when additional features or support are needed. Some users find the interface cluttered and overwhelming with too many features, and performance issues can arise when running large reports. While the platform is customizable, making advanced changes often requires developer assistance, and frequent updates can sometimes disrupt workflows.
