Sales Cloud helps us close deals
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy to review prospects data and take action on it. Integrating to email is easy and helps us see what has happened with any given customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes too much information on one screen

Helps us track deals and move through the sales process. Also makes sure deals at properly qualified which make sure we can apply the proper resources

We need to do a lot of customizations and could use a more specific product.

Its very customizable. You can find many opportunities based on dashboard creativity

Its not fast at all. Demonstration is great, but far away from the performance when in real use.

Sales cloud has allowed us to simplify our selling process
What do you like best about the product?
Simplified selling for our sales team by taking the guess work out of entering what products to sell, sales leads management, quote management and follow up. The fact that the team is asking for improvements to the workflow and we are able to do it with very little or no coding allows us to keep them happy by turning around their requests quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing that hasn't been able to workaround

Consistency, training, visibility of metrics

What do you like best about the product?
Opportunity tracking, opportunity insights and the ability to track activity history on every contact (whether this be emails, calendar events, tasks, video calls, etc.). No other CRM implements this better.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. The platform is flexible enough to configure what you need, when you need it. No fluff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No deals fall through the cracks anymore thanks to reminders and integration with Slack

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allows my sales team to prioritize and plan out the capital projects that are critical to our company, track key milestones, and manage key contacts that are needed to be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many options to add on to the base system and multiple ways to develop your system, it is sometimes tough to know where to prioritize and where to find the best solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A platform that can be our single source of information to track and work our projects. Tracking a project through the entire sales process is critical to our success.

Everything app and every form and every process is working against the same real-time data.

If you have a very old org... it's very hard to clean up the mess of what's no longer needed.
