What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
The non conformity to legacy applications and the extreme limits on data transactions licenses security vulnerabilities visibility proprietary syntax and lack of support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not problems so much but we are running our business which includes lending marketing services for the agricultural community as this is good for everyone so thank the farmers and ranchers

Sales cloud is the leading CRM for a reason.
Salesforce is continuing to deliver strong advancement for the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Development and deployment is not as streamlined out of the box.

Complex lengthy sales cycle.

Connection between objects, sharing rules, flows
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex use cases need custom implementation.
In the fronted up to 100% of the function needs apex or at least styling
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer data for platform registrations. Account management for customer interactions. Product information (commerce cloud, highly customized)

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce constantly helps me automate processes that would otherwise take forever! Our sales team appreciates the automated notifications we can share.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes customization is great and sometimes it can cause issues! I feel that if there were ways to group custom permission sets it may resolve some of our issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly email automation and Marketing cloud. I also use lead scoring and assignment rules which are super useful.

We like the ease of use for our reps.Easy to prospect in the office or in the field
It saved our reps time and motivates them to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently the manual effort updating tasks and activities but we hear there is now automation!

The automation is key.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to see where the gaps are and coach reps on increasing activity and bettee activity

Sometimes the desired functionality can't be achieved using the standard ootb and it becomes very difficult for the clients to maintain the custom code that is written

We are able to sell clients the insurance using Salesforce sales cloud and we are seeing the power of crm , using sales cloud clients is able to sell a lot to their customer
